NYX Professional Makeup High Definition Finishing Powder, Translucent, 1 ct

I have been using the NYX HD Finishing Powders ever since it came out, and I have restocked it more than 7 times (and counting). I have all the shades, I have a couple of minis, and it's just such a good staple. Very easy to use, it doesn't looks cakey, there's a bit of a blurring effect offered, and I haven't noticed much flashback when using it over foundation. Basically I want a guarantee from NYX that this will always be available in the permanent line, never reformulated, and just exactly as it is. I'd actually be upset if this go-to of mine is ever unavailable.

High Definition Finishing Powder sets your make up with a very complete, natural look. Your skin won't feel wet when you apply this powder. I chose Banana because my skin is fair and the shade leaves a very natural look. Apply High Definition Finishing Powder as the very last step in your makeup application process and I personally use a powder puff to apply the powder. I would apply the blush a little heavier because you want it to show through the powder, and, therefore, still give yourself that glow. I also apply this powder on top of eye shadow primer before the eye shadow. This pressed formula is ideal for traveling purposes in that the powder won't spill out of the compact. I would also highly recommend to apply HIgh Definition finishing Powder sparingly. A little goes a long way. And, of course, blend, blend!

Honestly, best finishing powder I've used and on top of that with this price nothing can really beat it! It keeps my makeup in tact and keeps me oil free as well. Would def recommend this to anyone with combo oily-oily skin!!!!

I bought the shade banana recently after seeing a YouTube video and it is amazing. I can use it to set my whole face or just my under eyes and it not only sets my makeup perfectly but brightens it. I have a yellowish undertone so I was iffy about trying it because I didn't want to look super yellow but this does not make me yellow AT ALL and I tried it on my friends who have both fair and darker skin tones and it gave the same effect as it did on me. Overall an AMAZING product for such an affordable price!!

(I wear Pale to Porcelain in the Can't Stop Won't Stop line, so I can only speak for myself) this product worked WONDERS. Really fine powder, blended into the foundation seamlessly, gave me an airbrushed look in my photos. Didn't melt off my face either. Smudged off a tiny bit while wear a mask but I mean.. that's to be expected. Overall, Very happy with it.

Yet again, another great product! Between this and the can't stop won't stop primer, my make up stays in place all day. No white cast either. I may like the banana color a little better, but it doesn't really matter much.

This product highlights only imperfections by enhancing fine lines and wrinkles on face and enlarges the pores. There is no coverage or color payoff whatsoever and leaves white powdery cast or residue that is unnatural looking. It is not worth the time and money for useless product.

Color is "banana" but it is more creme color. It seemed to accentuate my dark circles under my eyes more and have a gray cast to it.
