fedex from Poole,ga do not know how to read a GPS map. the house from which my package was left st was not my address. it was my neighbor's addresse with their address number over the door. but they decided to leaves my package their away. so once i was notified of delivery that i had not gotten, i had to play detective to locate my package. after 30 mins it was found for which I went and retrieved it.

Installation was a breeze. Tubes between the cartridges and the main valve body could stand to be stronger - the way they bent, I am assuming yellow-painted copper and not actual brass. Luckily did not break while tightening connections.

I got the wrong faucet kit and ended up calling a plumber to fix it which cost me 210.00 for just replacing a daggum o ring......

Not normal threads for three handle faucet.
Valve assembly is not standard threads. the outlet for shower and tub both have malenthreads when most faucets of this type have female threads. Could not use unless I purchased reducers and adapters which ads to cost. Returning for a different set.

These are more like plastic with a shiny silver paint coat very, very lightweight. Flimsy, I do not recommend these. These are horrible product, and I know that they're not gonna last very long

Not for 2x4 walls
They didn't give enough info on the side on how far the handle would come out into the tub. And when we saw this it was too late to return!! We never used it and can't get a refund!! It's new in box!! So I'm out 58.00 cause they didn't have enough information
