I would recommend. I have neck and shoulder pain. Myofacial pain syndrome and pinched nerves. This pillow supports the neck well. The directions say NOT to put the pillow in the washing machine. Follow the directions. I didn't and ruined mine after my cat did some unnecessary business.

I almost broke my neck in two, over 50 years ago. As a consequence I'm in chronic neck pain. It's been difficult to find s pillow which supports my neck and doesn't compress becoming hard as a rock underneath it. This pillow is an answer to my prayers.🥹

This pillow has helped me so much. I have a lot less pain in my neck and shoulders now and that lets met get a better nights sleep. I'm so glad I purchased this pillow and I would recommend to anyone.

Its almost perfect, I am side sleeper with neck issues.

was late and this isn't the same at all. the only thing that looks like it is some of the shape and the color. supposed to have come with a piece u could put in to rise it up which could make it way better since its not as plump. basically its a foam pillow. that is so low that ur almost completely flat. the support is good. needs to be higher up cuz my neck is practically going down cuz of hight. if ur going to buy it and think it will work. only time will tell but for not the things I can visually see wrong is this. plus it was so late. None of the updates came threw. So it was like u had to wait cuz the seller shipped it so fast like seconds later not even a minute I had canceled the order but this perspn already said they had shipped it. what was supposed to be two day shipping was a week late and left to wonder is it coming at all. cuz oncce it got to my city, it wasn't tracking. however it did arrive today.

The only problem with this is the shape is the same throughout and it's too thick to comfortably lay on. There's no shallower area for the neck area. It's so long that it's almost too big. The material and sturdiness of it is great. Redesign the shape and it would be great.

The pillow doesn't give my head and neck any support at all and my head and neck still hurts. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product. I should've took heed to the negative reviews because they were true.

Bought this to replace my previous cervical pillow that was the butterfly wing design. This pillow does not measure up to my former one. My neck still hurts, my shoulders still hurt...It feels too soft and like it doesnt support as well. Really, it just feels like an old long-used memory foam pillow that has gone flat. I really wanted to like this pillow, but it is nothing special.

The pillow isn't soft or pliable. From the first night I woke up with my neck not only sore but stiff. It didn't hit my neck in the right spot to relax and support my head and shoulders.
