Ogilvie Precisely Right Perm Color-Treated, Thin or Delicate Hair 1 Each

I'm 81 years old; did the perm myself; very hard with long hair and sloppy doing the solutions and rinses myself. But I did it, and it worked, and my hair looks beautiful. (Next time I'll have someone help!) AND no bad smell.

I've never done a home perm so I didn't know what to expect. It wasn't difficult and didn't seem to damage my color treated hair. I'll probably leave it on a little longer next time.

The reason for the three rating is because perm solution leaked all over the inside of the bag!! I'm glad I ordered two perms!! Why were they sent in a paper mailer instead of a cardboard box, they wouldn't have leaked then!! I paid for a perm I can't use now! I really like this perm too, I'm rather disappointed finding one perm box wet and smashed and the other box wasn't much better, but , that box wasn't leaking!! Pack them in a cardboard box!!!!!

I have not yet used the item, however, I've noticed that the cotton around the head is missing from the box, and I had cotton in the box last time I ordered. The box was also open on both top and bottom this time. I hope this one is not an old one's expired date, and I hope it'll work as another one I had before.....
