Ogilvie Precisely Right Permanent Hair Conditioning Perm for Normal or Hard-to-Wave Hair, 1 Application

I only had one problem it being sent through the US MAIL. It was crushed and I only had half a bottle of waving lotion by the time I got it. but I did manage to do my hair but I was not to happy . A couple of spot didn't curl very good because there wasn't enough waving lotion. Other than that I was very pleased. Also I didn't take any pictures, I never thought of that. I'm sorry.

I am 92 years old and have been giving myself Ogilvie Home Perms for years! They work well, but don't last much longer than two months, thus necessitating having to do them often. Instructions could be written a little clearer. Overall a good product!

I have permed my own hair for over 40 years now and I've always been satisfied with Oglivie perms. I've never had one that did not do the job as long as you follow the directions for the most part.

Something had been leaked all over the product prior to being shipped. Strong floral chemical smell. Instruction papers were smeared due to whatever had been spilled on product. Bottles appear to be well sealed. Does not appear to have happened during shipping as shipping box is not wet or spill stained. Rolling papers are soaked.

These say they come with the cotton head band but they never do. Both my boys have perms so we reorder often and twice I have gotten boxes that the product had leaked out all over the place. The product works as expected just keep in mind you might not get what the box says.

Walmart sent me a product different than what I ordered with the original description covered up and a new description put over the top (like from a label maker). It came in a box with the correct description. I was so excited to use the product that I missed it. I can’t believe they did this! The product did not work correctly and I am stuck with it until it grows out.

I have ordered this two times now and the perm kit is damaged spilling perm all over and missing part of the kit. BOTH times they are shipping damaged goods because the other side Walmart box is in perfect condition BOTH times

Because you can no longer buy this in my local Walmart, this is the 2nd time in a row, when I ordered Ogilvie Perm Kit to be delivered to my home, it was not complete. Trusting Walmart, when the first was delivered, I di not check it in a timely manner. This time I did and not only was the kit incomplete, the bottles that were in the kit were leaking. How should I go about getting a refund? Typically, I have good luck with Walmart deliveries. I did not add picture because I have no way to.

Came damaged the heat activator bottle was loose and leaked all the perm papers were wet and discolored and not much left in the bottle to pour into the perm bottle to heat activate it

Bought this before and it was supposed to have pre conditioning solution. And it did not come with it. Bought second time and same thing. Disappointed.
