OGX Thick and Full, Biotin and Collagen Volumizing Conditioner, 13 fl. oz

I have always had thin, fine hair and recently it's been falling out. So I bought this shampoo and conditioner and started using it. I love it! It smells amazing and it really works ! Since I've been using it , my hair is full of volume and I'm not shedding anymore. I would recommend this product to anyone!

This conditioner is AMAZING! My hair had gotten dried and damaged from coloring and the hard water we have. I condition like crazy, and nothing was helping. Tried this product on a whim, because keratin is supposed to be good.. this product blew me away! My hair felt instantly smoother and silkier the very first use! Seriously! I def recommend this product.

My hair is finally perfect! Great conditioner, easy to wash out and doesn't leave you with that waxy feeling. I put a LOT of heat to my hair because I have naturally curly (small curls) and frizzy hair and I like wearing it straight more. This product (paired with the shampoo) has healed my split ends, heat damage, and taken away frizz. I will never use anything else on my hair again.

I was initially skeptical about this conditioner but it was on sale so I gave it a shot. I have 4A hair and my hair is sensitive to many products, so I am very selective. Most products make my hair tangly and giving a dry straw like feeling. This product lived up to its name. My hair looked like like it had a lot of volume and it looked thicker. My hair was not tangly either it was very manageable and smoother than usual. I did let it sit in for 15 minutes, I like to deep condition my hair to get it hydrated and more manageable. I highly recommend this conditioner. I liked it so much. I immediately bought more before the sale ended.

I have spent a lot of money on good conditioner's and shampoos to help hair growth and this worked best my hair is longer and fuller and I noticed the difference rather quickly.

I first purchased the shampoo because the conditioner was out of stock and I was very impressed with the moisture it left in my hair, even using a standard conditioner afterward. I was so excited to finally receive the back-ordered conditioner, and it didn't disappoint! I have long growing-out blonde hair. It is thick (lots of individual strands), but also fine hair (the hait shafts themselves are small in diameter. It is naturally blonde with highlights, and also has a strong wave pattern, especially in the back. It's difficult to find a set of products that can thoroughly moisturizer my "Minnesota-dry" hair in the winter, without weighing it down due to its fine texture. But this is wonderful! It takes me FOREVER to dry my mid-back length hair thoroughly to control the weird, uneven waves in it, without frying my ends, but these products are up for the challenge. The small is wonderful, but a little heavy for me, which is the reason i gave it 4 stars, BUT I gave a hyper-sensitive sense of smell, so others will probably not mind it at all! Great products -- shampoo AND conditioner!!

I have natural hair and I am growing out my gray hair. I have used this twice and both times it has made my normally soft hair feel like straw no matter what I put into afterwards. But worse of all it is causing breakage at my scalp to my very healthy gray hair. Originally I thought it was frizziness due to the weather and I soon realized my hair was broken off. I blamed my recent hair appointment on her brushing it too hard, but then on my second use it had even more hair broken off! I have hair down to my mid back so this is extremely upsetting.

I ordered "thick %26 full biotin %26 collagen" shampoo online. Walmart online system accepted my order and charged my credit card. I went to the Walmart store pick up parking lot at Blue Diamond and called the Walmart pick up phone number (702) 375 0159 at least 3 times, but no Walmart staff answered. I went back to the store and just bought the item inside the store. Afterwards, I went home and signed in to Walmart online and found out that there is a message: "We’re sorry, your order has substitutions." Walmart online system should verify if the item ordered is available before going through the payment process and charging the credit card of the customer. Also, there should be a staff available to answer the phone at the parking lot pick up area.

I returned this item. I ordered a set., but the shampoo was cancelled for some reason. I didn't see the point of having the conditioner without the shampoo.
