Provided instant relief to my plantar fasciitis heel pain. It may be hard to determine in the pictures but the black section on the bottom is hard plastic and the white oval is soft memory foam. This removes pressure from the heel bone and makes walking much less painful for me.

These make you feel like you’re walking on air! Just don’t cut them too narrow on the sides, or you will feel like you’re trying to balance on stilts. In your own shoes! This is not an exaggeration. I bought two pairs. While they both feel great to stand on, one of them I also have to balance on. I’m too cheap to throw them away and buy another pair. I’m gonna suffer through it, because they are so comfortable. I strongly recommend these.
