Superior poultry cutting shears
These shears have surpassed all expectations. The stainless steel construction is flawless, and the quality is outstanding. Their sharpness can virtually cut through any cooking or cutting requirements with ease.

Mass manufacturing norm
Stamped out of metal and put together in mass quantities and varying qualities…. You get what you pay for and this is a mediocre product that accomplishes the task… Second pair I've purchased. This one is part of a gift. The locking/safety mechanism is hard to close and opens too easily on this pair but the first pair I bought worked just fine. With some bending I fixed what QC should have caught.

Heavy duty shears. Cuts nice and clean all the way throughout.

Sharp only on front part, meh, passable
These shears are fair. The first 2- 3” towards the tip are very sharp, but if you cut towards the hinge, like most scissors work, it doesn't cut through it, it just kinda squashes it. You cannot separate for cleaning. I would probably not buy these again vs pay $20 for a better pair.
