Mass manufacturing norm
Stamped out of metal and put together in mass quantities and varying qualities…. You get what you pay for and this is a mediocre product that accomplishes the task… Second pair I've purchased. This one is part of a gift. The locking/safety mechanism is hard to close and opens too easily on this pair but the first pair I bought worked just fine. With some bending I fixed what QC should have caught.
