Excellent
Did a great job. I have hard water and it impacts my hair treatments and makes my hair hard. I have Afro type hair (4c). Hard water buildup makes it coarse. I used this with the Olaplex 4C clarifying shampoo and followed the instructions. I can always tell when a chelator does a good job because my hair is softer after conditioning. It absorbs the conditioner better. I'll definitely keep using it every couple of months.

Amazing Product!
I've never used a product that made such a difference in my hair. It made my hair soft and gave it some body which is an accomplishment considering I have fine hair. Expensive--but it goes a long way.

Smooth and soft
Got back from a trip to Costa Rica and my hair was so dry. Just one treatment and could see and feel a difference just after one use.

Shipping issue
I haven't used the product yet so not able to review it. However, the bottle was loosely screwed up so it leaked. About 10-15% of the product was gone. They tired to secure the pump with a tiny tape over it but didn't help at all. The seller should taped with bigger longer and stronger tape to avoid leakage.
