I use this once a week to keep my blond hair from looking brassy. It does not lather much but it does the job. It is pricey but with using it once a week it lasts a long time.

Shipped upside down.
The delivery person was helpful but the freezer arrived upside down. I will let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in the freezer. Hope that works. The delivery instructions online was not clear. I live in a house with a garage and I thought my instruction was to leave it in front of the garage door but the instruction did not come through clearly.

Scam
This was a dupe... A knock-off, it didn't smell or lather up like the real product. I had a family emergency going on at the time is the only reason I didn't send the shampoo and conditioner back.
