spectrum books
I homeschool my granddaughter. I've used the spectrum books for 3 years now from 5th grade to now 7th grade. They are great excellent form and information, with tests at the end of the chapter. I wish they would come out with a geography and social studies book. these are the only two missing from complete curriculum. I highly reccomend.

Strengthen young writers with focused practice
Learning to write is always a plus. This book deals with the innerworkings of writing, like the process, writing different types of stories and arguments. It's a great addition to any curriculum to get a more confident writer and basic skillsets.
