Make learning fun
Perfect quick assignments to keep from having the summer slide. The assignments only take a few minutes, so children don't argue or complain. My children have to get the “days” worth of assignments done before enjoying the summer day. Assignments can be done before breakfast is ready!!!

Review of grade level.
I like this book because it has a review of information that they should know at this level. There are not instructions on how to do the problems so it really should be used as more of a review of knowledge vs a teaching tool
