Olive & June Instant Mani Extra Short Round Press-on Nails, Black Shimmer, 42 Pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shimmering cat eye finish on these nails is hypnotizing, and after 6 days of wear they are as gorgeous as the day I applied them! With the variety of sizes that come in the package, it is pretty easy to find just the right one that fits. Although even the extra short nails are a bit too long for the length I need at my job, they are a cinch to trim and file after application. I have had so many compliments on these, and there have been a good number of those people who assumed they were gel. If you see these on display don't pass them by! They are my favorite O&J pressies so far and perfect for the season!

Full black is harsh on my fair skin but these are SO flattering! I will be wearing these constantly through the Fall. I put them on with tabs and they feel like they are staying put and since I used tabs I can wear them over and over!

I love a black nail and these don’t disappoint!! They took 15 min to apply and they look amazing! I’ve gotten so many compliments on these nails in just the few days I’ve been wearing them.

I really like these press-ons. I know they are meant for the Halloween season but I feel like these can be used year-round. The velvet effect is stunning! This set is glue pressons and they fit my nails well with little to no gap.

The application process wasn’t entirely seamless—despite following the prep steps closely, a few nails were a bit tricky to secure and came off not long after. But once I got them properly in place, they held strong and looked flawless. If you're up for giving them a little extra care during application, they’re absolutely worth it. These are perfect for anyone who loves their glam with a dark, luxurious twist.

I tried these press ons and I will say that I am not a huge fan of Halloween, so I wasn't really into the color. The shimmer is a nice touch and makes them feel a little less dark. I have a problem with press ons popping off and usually have to reglue a couple, but that could be my nails and not the product. I am always impressed with how long they last after I get them to stick properly.

The nail design is really pretty but I struggled with getting them to fit me correctly even with the multiple sizes. I think my nail beds are just too flat. I found I had to press down hard to get them to flatten out a bit. It dosnt hurt, but im very aware I have something glued to the surface of my nails lol. Its good for special events/holidays, but I'll be sticking with polish instead and using their nail stickers for fun details.
