Placed on a 20 year old deck and actually did multiple applications over a few weeks. Did not wash it off. Almost totally removed all stains. Easy to apply and priced less than other brands. 100% biggest bang for the buck.

Um, the cleaner is easy to use but you have to be really careful with application because it's toxic to plants. The container had leaked onto the directions, smearing them to the point that they're illegible. I had to dig on the web to find instructions.

After scrubbing our very dirty deck with water, I worked this cleaner into the boards with a brush. It was easy to apply and quickly soaked into the wood. Though it did dry golden as the directions suggest, the wood turned gray when the drying was complete. The final stain went on smoothly after this. I don't know if this cleaner did all it claimed to do, which is why I gave it a 4-star vote. However, I am confident that my porch will last much longer after such a thorough cleaning.

The product was not available for delivery and was shipped instead. It was not packed correctly and leaked all over the box.
