so far works pretty good, its VERY thin, so I use it every chance I get, 2, 3 times a week just a quick cover...it drys really fast and clear, so if u start early morning even just when the sun comes up, it will be dry an be ready to walk on soon after (2hrs give or take), just make sure its dry, but trust u wont be disappointed ...a long extended roller is best

Price is much cheaper than better known brand(s) most of us have bought before. And if outdoor wood furniture has been allowed to fade, a color stained version to match your outdoor wood color maybe needed, as this one is colorless. But I happen to like weather worned color look anyway. However, be prepared to brush two separate layers of this wood sealer for deeper penetration into the wood, especially if wood is extra dry worn. But it is easy and fast to use plus price is budget friendly.

I pressure washed a very old deck that had not been sealed in well over 15 years. I did not want to spend a lot of money on the sealer since I had no clue of the outcome. This product is very inexpensive and the reviews were generally good so I decided to give it a try. I wanted a clear sealer so I purchased this product and applied a very heavy coat using an inexpensive pump sprayer. The sealer was actually so heavily applied it looked white on the deck. So I waited until the next day for it to completely soak in and dry. There were a few places the sealer was still standing but only where there were actual cracks in the old wood. I used a general purpose paint brush and cleaned out these areas. My results are awesome!! It rained a few days later and I had water standing on my deck!! Never expected such great results, especially from such an inexpensive product!

Easy to use! Great for sprayers or can apply with roller or brush. Excellent coverage. Pleased with this product! Don't skip the cleaning step! It will make all the difference.

Water cleanup is great. the product went on on my new shed and has protected after one winter. Applies easily. I sprayed it on and then brushed it in to my rough hewn wood.

This product was super easy use and it dried really fast. My big issue is that getting the lid back on is really really hard. I'm not even sure that I did it correctly so I'm worried that it's going to dry out.

Might as well be spraying your surface with water. I intended to use this on a new untreated wooden fence. i opened it and it was white like milk but had the vicosity of water. I used the mixer that works with a hand drill, and after a full minute of mixing there was no change. I decided to try it on one panel that is out of view behind my shed. There was no visible change and two days later I sprayed it with a hose and the board got as wet as the panel next to it. I then decided to reread the can and discovered there is no UV protection, which the web page claimed it had. Also - it said this stuff has to be applied every year. I returned it and bought a product that does have UV protection, and claims to last 4 years. Don't waste your time or money on this stuff.

Watery which is hard to work with, but the coverage is like water too. It goes on one part of the wood well. It looks like another part of the wood is covered in oil and it's reoelled and doesn't soak in. I needed to mix with tread "sand" but this is not think enough. Was a poor substitute for the product I chose.

This garbage does not seep into the wood AT ÀLL. Literally beads up on top of the wood and barely stays on the surface. I made it work to get me through the winter but I will never ever forever never purchased this crap again. Stick with tried and true oils that have been used for centuries instead of this processed gimmicky waste. Not to mention the next time you go to put oil on your deck or whatnot you'll have to contend with this stuff so it actually creates more problems than it solves. The epitome of gimmicky, cheap crap that is an instant regret purchase to anyone that recognizes quality.

It's not a clean paint . You cannot use rollers to apply. it has the consistency of water. Even when using a brush it spills everywhere. It seems like the only way to apply. It is with a paint sprayer.
