Assembly took less than a minute. It holds well and has padding where the guitar touches the stand. Overall it's a good stand that works how a stand is supposed to.

Stand was easy to assemble and holds the guitar securely. It has a strap that helps keep the guitar from falling off

A nice stand to have in a small space, but it's definitely not on the complete side of stability. It's a bit wobbly and hard to place a standard guitar in.
