Easy to install. I plugged in this that and the other thing. Just the right number of outlets for nightstand. I had to move the around a little becau as e some of the plugs are large and would not sit side by side, but I made it work. It has the little tray on top for a tablet or phone which is nice, but is not useful behind a nightstand. Because it is thinner than most of these, and has usb plugs I can put nightstand closer to wall.

Well designed wall outlet. Able to secure it to my rectangular style decorative outlet with the provided screws. Nearly accommodated 11 plugs previously plugged into a power strip that was messy and space consuming. Added surge protection. Beat and stylish.

I already had a surge protector in the bathroom outlet. For some strange reason, it kept coming out of the wall and just hanging there. Weird things happen when you live in a haunted house and I am not joking. The old outlet did not have a way to attach it to the wall, but this one does. It comes with 3 screws in different lengths to make sure you have the right screw to connect it to the wall. I needed the extra plug openings for a electric toothbrush charger, cordless phone, electric bidet and a space heater. It still leaves me plenty of openings for an electric razor, hair dryer and other things I use in the bathroom. It also lets me charge my phone in the USB ports

I like the number of outlet choices to be able to plug in the large adapters that come on many electronic devices. It was a bonus that it has USB ports as well. I find the previous power cords lost many of the outlet openings because of the size of the adapters. I have not had the opportunity to check out the surge protection, but I'm happy that it was included in the product.

This is too heavy to connect to one plug in and then support all the other outlets on it. It would pull it our of the wall. I thought it was the same one that I had bought in a local Walmart, but it wasn't. Therefore, when I can get to my local Walmart, I intend to return the item.

This item is only to be secured and screwed in to the existing outlet plate. It only applies to a (single plate) dual. It will not work with larger outlet wall plates like a quadruple outlets (4 outlet plate). Be advise it only plugs into a wall outlet and the unit does not have a cord coming out of the product like a regular multi plug outlet extender. Know specifically what you are buying that works for your intentional use for it.

The outlet configuration is great. Unfortunately and very disappointingly, the reliability of the outlets is very poor. Right out of the box, two of the outlets had an intermittent failure on the neutral connection, making it very dangerous if anything substantial were to be plugged into it. Its one thing if poor quality control leads to an electronic item failing to work, but poor quality control of an outlet extender can lead to a fire. Absolutely unacceptable on every level.

If you have a standard duplex outlet this product will NOT completely cover the cut-out in the wall from the original outlet. Leaves an unsightly gap at the top. I have other outlets which do cover the entirety. The details specifically said it was good for duplex . If you don't mind an exposed hole in your wall I guess it's ok.

Appears to be perfect for what it could be used for, but sadly, it has just one connection to the wall outlet for all of these extensions, and a contractor who saw it advised me not to use it, as it could easily be overloaded, and possibly cause an electrical fire or sparking. I still plan to use it, but only in an outlet for using only one of the outlets and the USB ones only. Perhaps it might have been safer if they had made it with two connectors to the wall outlet, so at least not all of them would be drawing only on the one plugged in. The picture does not show this when looking at it.

Bought two of these, both DOA out of the box. LEDs to indicate ground/protection status did not light on either unit, unable to confirm if surge protection was active. Note that while whole unit has a 1875W capacity, individual outlets are limited to 750W.
