[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One puffs shredding cheddar puffs are great. High in protein and low in carbs. These are a perfect snack and taste really good. My son is eating a high protein diet and these are a must for him. These are a must try.

I hesitated to purchase them because of the price for one bag of cheese puffs. But I was pleased with the calorie amount, the net carbs, potassium, and the protein. They have a really nice sharp cheddar flavor. A good crunch. They were not overly messy with powder falling everywhere like some cheese puffs tend to be. I will say because of the sharp cheddar and good seasonings, I probably now have bad breath, but they tasted great! Good amount in the bag. The one serving left me full when eaten for an afternoon snack, I usually am wanting a few more chips when I finish a small bag, but this was a good amount and filling. I would buy them again, even though they're pricey.

They are crispy, good size and shape a delight to the palate! With 0% cholesterol! 14 grains of protein. Its flavor is very balanced. My kids tried it and they loved it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did enjoy the ONE puffs Shreddin' Cheese but they certainly are different than the regular unhealthy cheese puffs you find at the corner store or gas station. The beginning is very familiar, just crunchier. They have a good cheese taste, with just a hint of tangy cheddar with a great crunch beer than a normal puff. Where the protein differences come in is after the cheesy tastes fades. The puff taste begins to get bland and the crunchiness begins to get grittier. Overall it's a good snack if you are looking for less carbs and more protein. If cheese puffs are your go to snack this is a great alternative.

The crunchiness and cheesiness is great! Every ball is packed with full cheese flavor that satisfies the need for a snack that will fulfill your cheese desires in a crunchy way and on the go, of course is also good to have them at home. One bag contains 15 grams of protein, this is a great number considering how important protein is to keep going for the day. The one big problem I have with this product id all the oils that are part of the ingredients like palm oil and canola oil, I wish they didn't use them at all , not a great choice for the body. Also, these balls are the perfect size for little kids to choke so be careful when giving it to little kids, I will say is a good product because it taste good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of cheese balls/puffs because they're cheesy and airy, however, these are not very cheesy and not very airy. The flavor is lacking and they are crispy, but more dense. I just prefer the airiness of other brands.

Well I think they look like they have Cheddar in them but they do not have a cheesy taste. So I was not very fond of this snack, because it did lack the taste of Cheddar. I felt like I was munching on a crunchy air ball.

I have really liked the protein bars from this brand, so I was excited to try their snacks but unfortunately I didn't like this one. I liked the cheese puffs in general but this one didn't taste as expected and left a powdery kind of a feeling in the mouth. Maybe these are not for me.

Received a bag with 5 puffs, some crumbs, and one giant solid piece of cheese flavored powder. Gross!
