Oneida Reverso 45-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware Set (Service for 8)

I find this pattern to be a step up from the average flatware pattern. It's still thin enough to keep its sophistication, but slightly thicker to make it easier to grip. The longer handle of the knife allows it to reach further into a peanut butter or mayonnaise jar. The long, slender bowl of the spoons allows them to reach into a small necked bottle such as the refillable squeeze bottles used for picnic condiments. While I describe the utensils as being slender and thin, they are still sturdy, and well made. I don't see them bending in the dishwasher. They are also longer than my other flatware, but still fit in the silverware drawer.

This is a very attractive utensil set, but the length of the handles for some of the utensils is too short. The knives and dinner forks have nice long handles (to me, they are a “normal” length). Unfortunately, the salad forks and both small and larger spoons have handles that are too short. I have small hands, and the handles are even too short for me. It's too bad, because I think the design is much nicer than any other Oneida utensils.

They are heavier than expected and they actually rust!!! Especially the butter knives. I'm giving them away and warning my grandson. I'll buy elsewhere.

I have bought two sets of onieda reverse silverware and both have rusted after a week of use and dishwashing. I am really sad that they rusted because they cost a good chunk of money!! They originally looked like such good silverware. I'm very sad about this. I would avoid this silverware in the future.

Rusted after first wash and no practical way of returning kinda a big waste of money. Most of the handles and the majority of knifes have very noticeable rust spots on them after a few months.

Dont buy. Knives rusting after dishwashing a few times and there are blotches and marks all over them as well. Manufacturer said it will come out with Barkeepers best friend. why would i need to do that after a few uses. ridxur

Little over 1 month having this product and there are rust stains on many of the utensils. Will never buy again
