Ordered back up strips and they arrived the next day. Fantastic response and great delivery.

Each bottle holds 30 Trst Strips. Just about every bottle I use, 4, 5, or six of them result in an error message! Such a waste!

Expensive to use if your insurance is not covering it. Each strip comes out to about $0.56USD So if you want to test before and after each meal you would need 180 strips at a cost of $100 USD. A CGM is a better alternative at the same price, but are not as reliable as a blood strip test.

Walmart, I signed up for 90 strips not 60 strips. I am highly disappointed and will return this box of two boxes of 30 strips. This is deceitful and dishonest. Tricky by saying 90 strips in a subscription but only send 60 strips. I do not have time for this. It is time for me to test not return items that were ordered misleadingly.

They deliver only 1 box- 30 test strips instead of 3 boxes- for 90 test strips which I ordered but only received 1 box. I need my refund.

The driver did not deliver to the door. she asked my husband to meet her at the bottom to transfer the delivery to our car. my husband is disabled and that's one of the reading I have started having my purchases delivered when I have ordered heavy items such as big bags of dog food, cases of water, and cases of pop. now I have to wait for one of my sons on laws to bring in the heavy items. I'm sure was scared of our driveway, but it doesn't have that big of an incline and nobody has trouble unless it is snow-covered. if a delivery driver can't navigate our driveway, he or she shouldn't be making deliveries.

I ordered three boxes of glucose testing supplies, but I only received two on April 23. I filed a complaint with the help desk, but I have not yet received either the missing box or a refund.(by the way, the person who answered my call was very kind)

I paid for and ordered 90 diabetic strips but only received 60 but now I am told I cannot get my money back because of federal rules. I need the other 30 strips I have already paid for

sent wrong items. need someone there that can read.
