I purchases this tablet for my 8 year old as a Christmas gift and he loved it! Nice size tablet also it includes the case which i thought was so cool!

Charging issue but otherwise great
I got this as a birthday gift for my five-year-old son and it is definitely an upgrade from the Amazon fire tablet however I am having an issue with it charging and don't know how to get a hold of the customer support. Otherwise this would all be five stars

The battery would not last very long at all. Then it stopped charging at all after about a month. I bought two of these for my grand daughters and both of them done the same thing as far as the battery and charging. The screen on one of them even started turning all black and took forever to get to turn back on.

This is just an oversized phone. Its NOT a kids tablet. The only reason they can say it is is because it comes with the kid proof cover and a temporary subscription to a b c mouse. otherwise, it is just like any normal tablet.Definitely not what I expected.Or what I purchased

Bought for my son for Christmas. My son is autistic so the lock screen is a little annoying. Hasn't been charging for the past 2 days. Have tried manual reset, doesn't work.
