This is a great TV, and you cannot beat the price. It’s just fantastic. I bought it to replace my old 50” non-smart TV that I’ve had for 10 years. I cannot believe how much technology has changed. Others have said the sound is poor and there are lines on the display. Mine sounds fine and the picture quality is excellent. I also purchased the Angi install, and the service was excellent. The person who came installed the wall mount and had the TV up in about 30 minutes. Well-priced service and worth every penny.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this TV. The price was amazing, the picture is fantastic and the sound is great. If I could change anything at all about it, it would be the ability to program the remote to MY favorite apps, not the ones preprogrammed on it without the ability to change it.
I purchased the 50-inch for the bedroom because you know the only you get the worse your eyes get. we mounted it on the wall it works perfectly has a great picture the only thing I don't like about it is the remote doesn't have the Mic search button. but other than that I would have gave it 5 stars. for as much as I paid for it because it was on sale it was a really good buy. I highly recommend it
Price was great delivery was fast and good but the product was a tv with stickers on the screen that caused blistered the screen .case of you get what you pay for? At first I thought it was adhesive from the stickers but turns out the screen had delaminated.
I have the volume on 100 in order to hear anything. you have to sit really close to TV to hear it with volume on max. great picture color... every thing else is perfect aside from the volume. I have to return it. :(
Arrived damaged. Was told I would get a refund since they couldn’t replace it as it was out of stock. Four weeks later still no refund I reached back out and until now it’s past the return refund date so there’s nothing they can do. Shame on you Walmart.
Lasted 38 days. Contacted Manufacturer and they insisted the TV was damaged and would not honor the warranty. This was my second tv that did the same thing with lines on the screen. The first one it happened within the 30 day Walmart return policy. I called Walmart customer service and told them what was happening and they took care of the problem right away. Walmart is great ONN not so much. Don’t buy this brand.
Worstest Customer Service Ever ! - Transportation Company ruined both Fridge just put them in front of the door without any personal handshake - and the Walmart Customer Service was not able to handle this mess for over 3 month ! Lost the money $1250 and now have to broken Fridge
This TV is great until it isn't. They go out rather quickly. I purchased several of these TVs for different areas in my house. They aren't touched or moved but they all went out 5 or 6 months of purchase. Then ONN has a horrible process to replace their own faulty tvs. Never buying ONN again.
This TV lasted 6 months. I watch it about 4 times a week. One day, the screen just went black with just the sound. I turned it off and then just s black screen with green lines. Hopefully they'll replace it under worranty... But that one would probably work for 6 months as well
