The TV is GREAT! The price is right also. I’m happy to have it. It’s got a very nice picture and the sound bar hooked up right away so it sounds great. Yes I would give it 10 stars if I could. By the way this one is for our bedroom, I already have the same TV in the living room that’s how much I like it. 😁

IT DEFINETLY NOT EASY TO SET UP. I AM 78 AND I MANAGED TO GET IT OUT OF THE BOX, THE ANTENNA ON AND PLUGGED IN. FROM THERE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO. THIS TV WANTS YOU SIGN UP FOR ALL THESE OTHER PLACES AND CAN BE EXPENSIVE. I DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS THE CASE. I HAD A YOUNG MAN COME TODAY AS I COULDN'T SEE REGULAR TV CHANNELS. I EXPECTED THEM TO BE REAL EASY TO SEE NOPE. I MISSED 3 SHOWS I WANTED TO WATCH LAST NIGHT. I TURNED ON ANOTHER TV TO AT LEAST HEAR. THE DIRECTIONS NOT EASY. THIS AFTERNOON GOT THE CHANNELS I REGULARLY WATCH. I AM NOT TURNING TV OFF UNTIL BEDTIME. THEN I HAVE TO START OVER. NOT A TV FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN.

I've had to reset my television several times in order for the picture to stay on. When I get past channel 30 it glitches out the sound is still there but the picture is gone. I called up Walmart to find out what I could do and I was told to unplug my tv for a minute and plug it back in. I did this the pictures came back on but slowly started to disappear and glitch out again

I'm very disappointed in the picture quality of this smart tv. It is my first time owning one and I was encouraged to purchase Roku for its easy of use. I will admit it was easy to figure out how to navigate, but the picture quality is awful. It fades in and out from light to dark regularly.

I bought "55" Roku Smart Tv It was good for a little over a year Just the other day All of the sudden I can hear sound But I can't see picture And now I couldn't see picture or hear the sound And now I have to buy a different TV I will definitely Buy a different brand

I caught on fire for no apparent reason, The tv was off but connected and I saw smoking coming out of the bottom right side. I picked it and disconnected I felt the back was very warm to the touch. I was ready to call 911, but fortunately it stopped smoking. It was kind of scare thinking the my place was going to catch on fire.

Bought this less than 6 months ago and it has already stopped working. It has a 1 year warranty, so I called ONN TV and was told what to do to get the tv fixed or replaced. I told them my purchase was online through the Walmart app and my receipt was online. I then sent a copy of the receipt after being told an online one was perfect. After being sent they now want to say it’s not good enough, not sure how it’s literally on the app. So In short don’t expect to get any good customer service or your warranty honored just money thrown away.

Worstest Customer Service Ever ! - Transportation Company ruined both Fridge just put them in front of the door without any personal handshake - and the Walmart Customer Service was not able to handle this mess for over 3 month ! Lost the money $1250 and now have to broken Fridge

Terrible - If I could give zero stars, I would. TV worked fine for less than 2 months. Will not come on now. I've called all the numbers - done all the 'trouble shooting' - completed a ridiculous repetitive email to process my warranty - was supposed to hear back on that within 2 days - almost a week ago.

I haven't had my tv for 3weeks before it went completely out. I had it mounted on the wall, so It's out of reach. I come home from out of town and the tv doesn't even come on. Can't get ahold of anyone to see what's wrong with the tv and I'm out of money.
