We had another TV from this brand for over 6 years with no issues. Then the screen started acting up recently. Hence why we purchased another one. The sound is amazing, picture is great, we have no complaints, very easy installation and set up. Can even download the Roku app as a remote. Great value for the price and we love watching our shows.
The sound could be louder it’s low. I recommend a sound bar … However the tv is great the picture is beautiful. The tv packaging was superb. I had it delivered I was terrified they would break it but literally so much packaging inside the box even if they dropped it the tv would be okay.
So far so good! Definitely good quality tv for price. Easy setup clear picture. The Walmart delivery driver dropped the box sliding it out the car , I was watching on the door camera live gasping for air.!! It wasn’t too far, but still! Opened the box and everything was perfect so I would say great durability too.
This is my second time buying this TV. I love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great TV at a great price. I love the built in Roku system since I have been using Roku for years. My only suggestion is, purchase a remote with a microphone. My first TV lasted about 5 years before the screen just faded to black. But love I said, I loved it so much and there was no better deal that I've ever seen, so we repurchased the newer version.
Everything is great about this tv except the legs. I already had a 50” onn tv and decided to upgrade to a 70”. Everything was good as expected, except for the legs. I read reviews claiming the legs were difficult to put on, screws didn’t fit, etc.. The reviews were correct. The screws did not fit correctly and were a struggle to screw in. For fear of stripping them, I accepted as far as they would go in, and stood the tv up. That was way too unstable! The tv was actually leaning while upright. I had to take it back down, ask someone to come help, and they were confused about the fit of the screws as well. We basically screwed them in as far as possible (even though it felt like it was the wrong fit), and now it’s not leaning, but still doesn’t feel as sturdy as one would expect or want it to be. Happy with the tv, but onn needs to address the issue of the legs and screws.
I would hear it only. Though I had the cables mixed up. Was a bit worried because box was Betsy up, I ordered online because I have no car and I have a Walmart up true road. Good Black Friday deal unfortunately it took many days they didn’t ship from my Walmart. Anyways when someone came to properly install we realized tv wouldn’t work. Somethings are meant to buy in person my opinion. Love Walmart don’t get me wrong, just the delivery process not all are caring. They came to pick it up, but I have no tv nor the money yet because is a process. I am a single mom so it’s not easy.
We’ve had this 70” Onn TV for less than a month, and half of the screen is already going out. Large sections of the display are dark and unusable, making it impossible to watch anything normally. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second Onn TV we’ve purchased in 2025, and both TVs developed the exact same issue. Two separate units, same defect. That points to a serious quality control problem, not bad luck. A TV of this size and price should last years, not weeks. We’re extremely disappointed and would not recommend Onn TVs to anyone looking for reliability or long-term value.
i baught this in march and it literally just made a pop sound and now we see a black blurr in middle of screen and lines in the while tv. I have 3 other Onn tvs and had them for 2 years and never experienced this. now i cant get a replacement because we do not have the box it ca.e in. who keeps the packaging around after 30 days..
THE TV JUST SCREEN JUST GOES BLANK AND THEN SOME WHITE AND BLACK LINES SHOW ACROSS THE SCREEN AND NO PICTURE AFTER BUYING IT JUST THIS APRIL SO NOT EVEN A YEAR AND WE GOT THE WARRANTY AND THEY ARE MAKING US WAIT FOR AN ANSWER TO SEE IF IT CAN BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED
My tv came damaged walmart took 9 days to pick it up for the return after waiting 12 days after it was picked up I was advised that I would not get a replacement but a refund. The rep stated if I wanted a new tv I would have to repurchase and it was more so I was told I would have to pay the difference because I got a discount when I bought the original tv. The customer service reps were no help because they contradicted each other and nobody had answers.
