I love this television. The sound is incredible. The picture incredible I can't say enough about it. Installing it. You can't do it on your own. You will definitely need help. The TV's just too heavy for one person. To handle it but other than that best buy ever, you cannot beat it, especially for the price

Process was great. Issue no receipt from Walmart that I can use for the TV warranty I purchased online and pickup at the store. However company ONN did not except my bank statrmentcas receipt. Loss two year warranty. Get a darn receipt printed by walmart

Get this 85 inch tv, then get the onn Large Party Speaker Gen 2 with LED Lighting, connect your phone to the speaker via Bluetooth, download the Roku app, in the app click remote on the bottom, then click the headphone looking icon. Amazing tv! At first when it’s in the box you think it could be too big started getting nervous. But once it got out of the box and on the wall it’s fit perfect!!! I love love love this tv!! Best movie night is so much fun for everyone! Motocross Saturdays, ufc nights kids movie nights!!! So awesome!!!

I had been using projection TV, was 106 in but not quite as sharp as this is. I had a guy and his wife pick it up and put it on the mount, that says holds 132 pounds and up to 84 in TV, but this is very light, it also is very thin. I mounted it a tad too high for safety's sake, but I am about only 4 feet away at my office chair so I tend to need to look up. as for the TV is a very good everything, I had not used ROKU before, and i will be using it more as i go along I don't have cable but 1 of those TV stick? and use this as my laptop's monitor, so far got tired of counting but over 135 channels I see news, free movies and tons of TV shows old and new, even has music channels TV is perfect for the sound and picture. I have not hooked up my surround sound yet as this is pretty good. So many input options also.

Overall very pleased with this TV. Great picture. Like that it's Roku so we have standard interface with all of our TVs. We use a soundbar with ours so really have no comments about the TV's sound. The ability to use the Roku app as a remote is nice but we don't use that often. We did buy this same model previously. It would not recognize the remote unless you were within a few feet. Since the remote would operate another Roku TV easily, we knew it was the TV's sensor. Our return to Walmart went very easy; we didn't try to exchange since it's such a large item. Instead returned and then purchased again. Before returning to Walmart we tried to communicate with Onn since it had a warranty. That did not go well. We had trouble getting the rep to accept that it wasn't a remote issue. Then we could never get an answer as to whether or not they were going to ship us a replacement TV. If you have a problem and can easily return to Walmart, that was a much easier solution for us.

When I moved I decided to get a new TV. I chose the 85" and was very excited. My Verizon tech set up my new wifi but couldn't get the TV to work. There wasn't any menu showing and I was without a TV for 3 days. Onn requires a registration to make the TV work. I hope this helps someone else. The TV was great after the registration...

The picture quality was great, the sound was surprisingly good, and setup was quick and easy. For the price point, it honestly felt like a great value at first. Unfortunately, after having it for almost 30 days, the TV developed an issue where it started flashing on and off and would no longer function properly. After troubleshooting, it appeared to be related to the power supply board. I also learned that replacement parts were backordered at the time, so repair wasn't really an option. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due—customer service handled the situation well. Because of the TV's size and the unavailable replacement part, ONN issued a full refund instead of requiring us to ship it back. The process took about 14 days from reporting the issue to receiving the refund, which I appreciated. The reason I lowered the Value for Money score is simply because a major component failed so quickly. I did notice other customers mentioning similar experiences, so it may be something to keep in mind if this will be your household's primary, heavily used TV. Would I recommend ONN? Yes—with some caution. I really liked the TV itself and appreciated how customer service handled the situation. I just hope reliability improves on future versions because when it worked, it was honestly a great TV.

A broken TV delivered. Instead of placing the TV at the front porch. The person who delivered the TV, left it on the parking lot and plus it was raining outside. When we took the tv inside, unpacked, and plugged it. The screen was broken and we couldn't see anything. Packaging and delivery should be handled with care and not just dump the tv anywhere too.

I'm sooo disappointed with this TV. I purchased a TV maybe a couple of months ago and maybe two weeks ago the TV just started buffering like you would click on the app and it would just like go blank so I tried to contact Walmart. They told me because it was out of the two month time. It's nothing they could do call the company now the company wants me to do all this extra stuff but literally I just purchased this TV will never do it again. Don't buy this TV. Not a good brand.
