As an older consumer, I was excited to try my first pair of wireless earphones, the wonders of technology! I charged the earphones overnight. They are a bit hard for me to get out of the case, nothing to hold to and they don't just fall out. I paired them up with my Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet for google play. It connected easily for someone who doesn't know much about Bluetooth. When you take them out of the charger they auto power on and when you close them back in the case they power off automatically and disconnect to the paired device. The instruction book shows they will auto-pause when you remove them from your ears and auto-play when you wear them back. You can tap each side to answer a call and tap each side again to hang up. There is a number to call for assistance if needed. Sounds pretty good, the audio is as clear as if I were listening without the earphones. They will take a bit to get used to in my ears but not to bad. It is nice to have the volume on while using my tablet and not disturb others in the home. I will use these a lot now that I have had the chance to try them. As a Spark Reviewer, I received the Onn. White In-Ear Wireless Earbuds with Charging Case for an unbiased review.
This is my first pair of wireless head phones and I am impressed! Right out of the box they were very easy to charge and pair with my phone. The fit is comfortable for both my husband and I and they feel secure and comfortable. The sound is incredible. It is crystal clear while listening to music or phone calls. Answering calls with a double tap of either earpiece is easy to do while listening to music. Two taps then hangs up the call when done. I was told by the party on the other end of the call that my voice sounded clear. One thing seems to be different from the instructions and does not work correctly. When I tap and hold the left earbud, the instructions say that it will go back to the previous track, but instead it only starts the current song over from the beginning. All other commands seem to work correctly. The earbuds are very sensitive, which can be good and bad. Just trying to adjust them in my ears will inadvertently change the song. Other than that, they are very easy to use and I enjoy them. They automatically turn on when opening the storage case and remain paired. The range also seems good. I can leave my phone in my home office and walk around my entire house. It got a little skippy in the basement and on the far corners of the back deck, but overall they worked really well for hours. I will enjoy having these at my desk for working since they will be easy to charge on my laptop. Highly recommend!
Worked well right out of the box. Bluetooth sync was very Easy. You need to sync each bud. Stay in ears well. Music And phone sound quality is good. Love the mobile charging Option. All in all a good set of wireless ear buds. I appreciate how The music stops if you take a bud out to hear something else. Very thoughtfully designed.
These work well when they want to. The information on this page mentions silicone tips? But mine did not come with these, luckily they got my ears quite well they being so slick I’ve had them fall out during my cardio workout with the intense sweat they sometimes fall out. While I’m wearing them I’ll hear different chimes and dings lol no idea what they’re supposed to mean since I lost the instruction manual. I noticed other reviews about “tapping” for volume and call answers? But mine don’t seem to do this either but with my phone in my pocket I can adjust with the volume buttons on my phone. Also wish they were louder. They work great for work the first bud usually gets me thru til lunch and then I wear the other earbud for the rest of my shift lol
Initial Setup - Couldn't be easier. Just take the earphones out and take off a layer of cellophane then put them back and out again. Connect with your phone and you're done. Features/Interface Quality - This is where these earphones pleasantly surprised me at this price point. They really performed well, various tapping on the earphones activates your Assistant, Pick Up/End Call, Start/Pause, Next/Prev Track. The automatic pausing when you take one out of your ear occasionally hiccups, but nothing a double tap on your right ear or simply reinserting it in your ear can't fix. Sound Quality - This is where I feel they definitely could be better. The bass is a bit muddled and the highs are bit piercing. Not terribly so, but noticeable. On the plus side I couldn't handle them at full volume, which means people that like it loud will enjoy that part at least. The microphone quality is just okay. Build Quality/Comfort - The case would be better if the lid wasn't quite so easy to open, I know the earphones are slightly magnetized and technically you can turn the case upside with the top open and they won't fall out, but it still feels a bit unnerving. They're as comfortable as any all plastic earphones can be lol. Finally they absolutely do not want to stay in during sweaty exercise. Overall - Good features, but mediocre sound quality.
The design is nice and sleek. They are comfortable to wear in your ears. I like how they detect when they are not in your ears, because the music pauses automatically. I don't even have to press play to get the music to turn back on - it just does so automatically! If you double tap the left earphone, you can talk to Siri. If you double tap the right earphone, you can manually pause and play your music. Overall, I do like them, but the left earphone never worked right out of the box, which is why I only gave 2 stars. I charged them for 2 hours and waited for the green light to come on the case, which indicates the earphones are charged, but the left earphone just never worked. So, I don't think I'd actually buy these. The idea is great, but the execution is poor.
Everything about these earbuds are good EXCEPT they pause the music on their own, with even the slightest movement. Even sitting still and just turning my head to look at something else. Its infuriating when you're trying to do something and they are pausing the music, the sensors inside need to be able to be turned off. I wanted something that I could use while I was running and these are impossible to use without getting frustrated that your music keeps getting paused. As I mentioned earlier, I am currently trying to listen to music while I study, and it turns the music off when I look from my phone to my laptop!
I purchased these as a "Black Friday Special" and they were used for the first time after Christmas. After being fully charged, they were barely audible and within an hour the left earpiece died and has not worked since. Item can't be returned because it is considered and electronic and outside of the 30-day window. This was a COMPLETE waste of money and I'm thoroughly disappointed.
First of all, let me state that I really like Walmart's new ONN electronics brand. They are - for the most part - inexpensive, no-frills alternatives of higher-end products which generally serve their purpose. (I use ONN mice exclusively). These earphones/earbuds, however, are awful, OR perhaps I just received a dud AND have weird ears. To begin, the packaging is great, the directions for pairing are okay, the case and the pods themselves look fantastic for the price, they charge well/fast enough, AND (most importantly), they sound good! You would think that is a win, but that is where the "pros" end. Actually using them is a nightmare. (I have the same issue as in top negative review). I placed them in my ears and from the very beginning, they kept popping out, which of course, makes them stop working. The thing is, that putting it/them back in, is a futile endeavor! It seems that no matter where you touch them, they DO something, such as turn off/pause, activate voice command, beep, go to the next track or the one before, etc. Seriously, it went from funny to enraging, pretty quickly. As such, if you are somehow able to navigate them into your ears without them doing some crazy stuff, you have to keep face-forward and still. Laying down with them in, for example, or trying to put them in while laying down, is an exercise in futility, or at least it was for me. Dancing, running with them? Out of the question. On new versions, I hope they add a function where one can just turn off everything they do, except transfer sound. Perhaps then, one can actually touch them to try and figure out how to keep them in your ears. I am thinking of exchanging these for new ones (since the left one stopped working) and just keeping the packaging film the earbud stems come wrapped in, and making an opening in each one, only at the charging points. Once they can be handled, then it will be easier to keep them in, I guess.
worst headphones I've ever received they are randomly glitchy I'll just simply be walking and they turn off because if you take them out of your ear they go off but mine are constantly in and out. the touch controls aren't very responsive try to follow instructions to change song but it pauses and every touch is a beep in your ear which is the loudest thing the beep is louder than your music when it plays. just plain terrible.
