this item was a gift that I sent, I had the wrong address, a Walmart rep. call me to verify the address but I had to find the right destination, so she gave me some time and called me back, that was great costumer service , thank you.

Phone looks and works like new! Had reservations on like new / open box but couldn't be happier. Fast shipping and easy connection with carrier. Would definitely recommend

Item says open box. It didn't mention it was used. The phone was recieved with scracthes and very used condition. I returned for a new one unopened box. The new phone is good.

Listed as “ open box” in description; upon receiving the phone %26 noticing the condition of the phone was nowhere near “open box” quality. I reached out to Walmart customer service for guidance in this matter…still waiting. Of course nothing will be resolved before everyone is no longer “responsible” for taking accountability for the very dirty, ill repaired %26 used phone! Open box my foot!!!

very bad product there is some scratch on phone screen and battery health is 75% . They don't have transparency method of return .

Vendor does not respond to messages very frustrating. Also, many reviews discredit this vendor “Buyer Be aware”
