TCL 85" Class 4K UHD (2160p) Smart Roku LED TV - 85S410R

Roku inteface is better than Samsung and Google in my opinion. Its the most iser friendly. I am a retired Audio Visual Designer and Technician ,so this is my direct field. The refresh rate works jst fine for these large TV images. I ALSO have a computer running 1080P desktop image thru it...it doesnt have the pin sharpness of a professional 4K display from a company like NEC but it is absolutely wonderful for home use and for TV and movies. Roku apps lay out well on the screen and just are plug and play. This is NOT an audio device so everyone should not judge large flat screens for big audio...soundbars are for that. However it has good sound given the sizr of the speakers...again better than any Samsung or Google TV I have experienced. TCL is doing well in its audio for its large displays...Sad that they are harder to find now. Issue: The mounting holes are not centered on the rear of the TV. They are towards the bottom, so you will need to do some calculations in order to mount this TV at a certain height you desire.

WALMART DELIVERED A DEFECTIVE 85 INCH TV TO MY HOME ON OCTOBER 2nd ON OCTOBER 11 th IT WAS TAKEN FROM TBE BOX TO BE MOUNTED BUT WAS DISCOVERED TO BE BROKEN! TODAY IS OCTOBER 31st AND WALMART HAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND FOR WEEKS! WHY CANT I GETY TEFUND??? YOU SAID WAIT THREE DAYS FOR A BARCODE I WAITED 10 DAYS AND THE BARCODE CAME WITH ERROR YOU SAID TAKE THE TV TO A STORE FOR MY REFUND! STILL NO REFUND! ERRROR ERROR ERROR! I WANY MY MONEY

Bought online and pickup at store. It broke 2 weeks after and store said call Walmart online. The customer service there is terrible. I called 11 times within 6 weeks . They said they would send me a return label and pick it up every time I called!!! Then last time I called oh no u hav to return it to store. 6 weeks they gave me the run around. Supervisor never called me back. Never again buy from Walmart online a tv!!!

This TCL TV was purchased as part of the Black Friday sale. Although it was supposed to be a brand-new TV in the box, upon plugging it in and turning it on, another person’s information and passwords were saved into most of the apps on the television which appeared to be still sealed from the manufacturer which raises a lot of questions s about TCL

This is a 85-in TV for $499! I could end a review right there ,I have every version of Roku 4 Series from 55, 65, 75 and now 85. Just mounted it 5 hours ago with the help of my 16 year old daughter, probably weighs 55 lbs. I'm still playing with the display settings (need to find a site that can give me some recommendations). However, the picture looks great! Audio? I got it hooked up to a soundba, everybody knows TVs ain't the greatest sound. I mean what kind of else can I say 85 inch TV, Never one of my TCLs have broke, so I moved to 75 inch to the bedroom! I definitely wanted a 96 in but again for $499 what can you do but order this TV now and it's a new version so don't look at these reviews from 2024 the TV didn't even exist.

I pre-paid for installation service for the new TV. I contacted the provider "Angie" and they tell me they have no record of my pre-pay. I provided the receipt and other information they requested and they still cannot help me. This is INSANE. It's been a few weeks now and I cannot get Angie or Walmart to follow up with clear action plan to get my appointment set. Not the "customer service" I was expecting at $129.00 for the install. A. I ordered a TV from Walmart, but although the tracking information indicated it was delivered, I never received it. After a stressful process of proving the non-delivery, Walmart discovered the item was damaged in transit, returned to the sender, and initiated a refund. However, I have not received the refund; my bank statement and a formal letter from the bank show that Visa declined the transaction. Despite Walmart insisting the refund was processed and telling me to wait two weeks, the money has still not appeared in my account. I have neither the TV nor the refund. This entire experience, which feels like a scam, has been ridiculous, physically and mentally draining, and incredibly frustrating. Till this moment I have not gotten a positive feedback from Walmart.

TV came damaged the fed Ex guy came with the TV %26 asked me if there was someone that could help him with the TV so after he dragged it onto my porch the box was full dirt I opened it the screen was damaged ( I contacted Walmart only Walmart knew the TV was damaged) They sent two guys to pick up the TV so I have contacted Walmart 4 times they can't find the TV I am still waiting for the refund

Ordered for my husband for Father's Day and when we opened to set up, there was a paper taped on the inside that had “no functioning HDMI”. We quickly found out after we set it up that it clearly had to have been a returned item and then resold to us because the tv was damaged and when the tv turned on, the screen was all messed up and we could not see anything. The return window passed 14 days ago. I wished I would have given to my husband early rather than waiting for Father's Day. But never expected to have any problems because all my TVs are TCL and never had a problem before. Now I am out over $500. :(

The picture is great. The sound is better than a lot of flat tv's, but I have surround so I don't use it for much. I didn't expect the sound to be top notch so I planned for that. I don't think you can beat the picture for this price. Honestly, I think it is as good as the top end ones and if there is any difference I can't see it.
