Great Upgrade, highly Recommended
Great Upgrade, I went up from the original iPhone SE (2016) to this one. It is only a tad bit bigger than the old SE. But not like the mini tablets the phones are getting to be.

Great iPhone for Price, Size and Quality
The iPhone SE 2nd Generation is a wonderful cell phone. It has the reliability and quality of an Apple iPhone and it is a good size for your hand. I moved up from the Apple SE 1st Generation and the 2nd Generation is much faster and just a little larger. Still using an Otterbox Defender and the iPhone SE 2 Gen fits comfortably attached to my belt. I got a great price from Walmart over the "Prime" days!

Walmart was only available alternative to buy unlocked iPhone SE 256 GB on the market. Next time, I will check them first.

Great phone but not unlocked sim card
You can change the carrier by just putting an old sim card in or ordering a free one from your carrier, but I am confused to why they had a verison sim card. I use straight talk and i just switched out the sim cards. The phone is great besides the sim card thing.

Even though it came in with a degraded battery, the product is still very good for the price that I got it.

No audio from work apps or games (defective?)
I should preface this review by saying I may have had a defective unit.\n\nFirst, if you are used to a modern phone, this one will feel like a toy in your hand with its tiny 4.7"" screen.\n\nMy unit would not give audible alert tones from my work apps or games.\n\nI called Apple support and spent 20 mintues checking the various settings they recommended (all were already set correctly).\n\nStill, no alert tones or game audio.\n\nWent to the only corporate Verizon store within 50 miles of where I live. The manager there checked the same settings and concluded that something must be wrong with the unit.\n\nOther than that, it is a fast phone with a nice, clear, colorful (albeit small) display.\n\nIf you don't need a ""normal"" sized screen for work (or games or videos) than this phone is a nice choice (especially with the base model being available for $199 in store with activation).\n\nThis one, seemingly being defective, is going back.\n
