Got this for my friend who has been lifting for a while without supplements. Got it in the pack with three products for him but I gotta say, I was so happy to see this item was in the pack. So so great. Worth the money; if you put in the work, you will def see the results you want to see out of this product. My husband and I love this one. And so does my friend. He couldn't be happier!

Product does not include teaspoon. I understand environmental awareness but it could be a different material design (biodegradable) and always offer this to customers.

Not exactly sure what a rounded teaspoon means.. otherwise, I love it.. I can definitely feel a difference in my body when I take it consistently.

Overall pretty good creatine. Choose unflavored and mix it with you're favorite protein flavor. It dissolves pretty well

This has helped me with my workouts significantly. I've been using these a week now and already notice performance improvement. I can finish sets a lot easier now. Definitely recommend this stuff increases performance in the gym. The reason it is a 4 star is my only complaint is the capsules are a little big. If you aren't a fan of the big pills. They have a powdered version of this brand as well. Go with that one. Besides that it's an amazing product. And offers convenience in the capsule form for me. It would be a 5/5 if they could find a way to decrease the size of the pills while still having the same dosage.

I'm not sure if the results I'm enjoying are due to my training, my rest, my diet, my protein supplement, or this creatine. I take it daily because the science behind it is pretty strong. I wish it came with a scoop; I'm never sure if I'm getting the right amount. I wish it dissolved better, the gritty texture in my mouth and against my teeth is unpleasant. I think the process is as good as can be, given the molecule involved. The experience is still better than Creatine HCl, which is more costly and tastes absolutely vile.

My first time taking the tablet I felt I was choking to death. I'd take them much more often if capsules were not so huge. They're not as normal size Tylenol or Advil capsules. I definitely must have Creatine capsules sit in cup of water for at least 10 minutes.
