Love these boots.I would have liked the Classic Ultra Mid, but it was no longer available in size 16 I already have the larger Classic ones and wanted to get some that were easier and quicker to put on. they are a bit tighter than the Classic, but not significantly.
I ordered a size 17 Men's Rubber Boot. So far they are comfortable and durable for the work I do in them. For my foot size though, the opening of the boot is small as I have large calves as well as large feet, lol. It would be nice to have a larger opening to make the fit more nicer, but all in all, they are a nice boot.
Best boots ever very good
I have a fussy foot to fit. I loved the Bogs Ridgeline MT, it fit my particular foot. It was wider and had more room over the instep, top part, of my foot. The Classic does not, but probably fits more normal feet better. I use Bogs for work and I am very hard on boots. There are tougher boots than the mid, but not many and not as comfortable. Also, a boot must be Vegan complaint for me and the Classic is. I had the Ridgeline MT fail on me after 3 years and Bogs replaced it, no questions, easy, fast. This is one company where full price is still a fantastic bargain.....John Platt, Boston area.
As advertised great winter, waterproof boot ...........no socks required if you choose. Tested in Northern Ontario in -40C winter feet kept warm. I have wide foot Double E wish BOGS offer width sizing. Second purchase of BOGS mid Boot highly recommend. I've committed to BOGS as they are advertised.
This is my third pair of Bogs. They are a great work boot for gardening or farming. Very comfortable to wear for a long period of time and relatively easy to get on and off. The brand has been consistent in the twenty years I have been purchasing them. I noticed this style has been updated slightly which is nice to see. Look forward to putting them to some punishing work this spring.
These boot look big for their size which is fine. Great for snowy days. Ordered size 9 and normally wear size 8.5 in running shoes. Good fit. I like the little rubber bump on the back to help kick off. The tread was different than the picture. Guess I got a newer version.
I get cold feet easily and these boots keep my feet toasty warm and dry! I grab these over my Sorels when heading out to walk the dog, shovel the snow, errands around town on messy, wet, cold days. These are very convenient boots - easy on/off, easy to clean. I'd rate these a 5 if they came in 1/2 sizes. I'm generally a 9 to 9.5 in shoes and boots but these boots run small. I had to size up to a 10, which are slightly large. A thick sock helps, but a 1/2 size down would be a perfect fit. Overall, very happy with these boots! Great product.
Bought these to replace my classic mid bogs which I've worn and loved for several years. I ordered exactly the same style and size but the new ones are not the same thing at all. The sizing is different (they're bigger/wider) and instead of the top part being soft comfortable neoprene, it's lined in some sort of horrible stiff mesh. So disappointed. I don't understand why companies feel the need to 'improve' something that is already perfect.
Been a size 9 for many years. Bought these because they are insulated and I can't wear them any longer. After just 1 week of use, my heels are completely scaped sore from the heel bed - and lack there of - in these boots. Poor design. Out of money. And out of boots now.
