For some reason, the Oral-B / Glide packet are worse than the Glide / Oral-B packets that I’ve had over the years. It seems like they would be the same, but my packet where the word GLIDE is larger I love but these, where the brand Oral-B is the larger word, the floss gets stuck in my teeth, and I have to use tweezers to get it out. Total nightmare and definitely defective.
The Oral B-Glide floss picks I purchased on June 23, 2025 are not the same product I have purchased in the past. I still had some of the picks from a previous purchase. I compared them. The floss does not look the same. The floss pulls out nearly every time. It takes at least two picks to do what one is supposed to do. My teeth have not changed. This is either a "new and improved" fail or quality control issue.
My family have used these pics for years, for so long I can’t remember when we started using them 5 years at least. I noticed in my newest packs that I purchased, the design has changed. I can tell by the color of the floss that it looks different. I cannot get through a flossing without them breaking. This never happened before; the quality has certainly dropped from an outstanding product to an unacceptable product. Unless the design is changed back to what it was before, I am no longer going to be purchasing these.
These or oral be flossers immediately fall apart. The Twine immediately comes out of the plastic.. you cannot even fly three teeth after five flossers. You’ve almost finished your mouth and Deeers fall apart because the twin piece comes out of the plastic immediately.
I’ve used these a very long time. My teeth are tight and these are perfect for me to use. This last bag I bought though is falling apart. I can’t use any of them, not sure what they have done to cheapen them up but the floss falls out of the plastic. I’ve had the entire piece of floss stuck in between my teeth and had to use tweezers to get it out. Not just one but every single flosser is messed up.
I've been buying these for years and I'm so disappointed that the quality has gone down the drain like this. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch but after reading other recent reviews I've realized its across the board. I can barely get them in between my teeth not without it shredding or breaking completely. Such a waste, I hope I can get my money back
The former version of the were amazing. I used to use a single pick for my entire mouh, the quality of these has declined where I'm burning through 5 to 6 picks now instead of 1. Definitely no longer a good product. Someone needs to relook at the quality control and design
I have been buying these Glide picks for years and the last two bags I purchased were awful. They were cheaply made and kept breaking; causing me to use at least three at a time. I am going to discontinue buying these for this reason. I really was such a loyal customer of this once great product.
Wish I could give ZERO stars! These are terrible! Quality has definitely changed and I will never purchase again! They tried to save a few Pennies and now they won’t even floss two teeth before the string breaks. Even the pick end is more flimsy and worthless. Do better OralB!
What a complete waste of money. This has been the only floss I have purchased in quite some time. Quality is zero now. I threw both packages away. I have to use five or more floss picks each time and every time they break. I will be looking for a new product to use. Apparently, quality is no longer a priority. I've read the reviews and responses. They defend their quality each time. I'm not purchasing this product anymore. They no longer care about the consumer.
