It gives long lasting fresh breath and gives your mouth a cool, tingly sensation after brushing. The tube is easy to squeeze and the applicator is big enough that the toothpaste dispenses smoothly and easily. It has a good lather and a little goes a long way. After using for about a month, I noticed my teeth were less reactive to cold and hot foods. I also noticed that they looked visibly whiter. Overall, I am very happy with this toothpaste!
