Oral-B Floss, Glide Healthy Gums Unflavored Dental Floss, Smooth, Strong, Shred Resistant 50m

Couldn't get the floss to dispense. Every time I use it I have to open it completely up and manually take the floss from around the spool. It will not turn I took it and even switch it around to see if that would help but it didn't.

Disappointed! Hoped it would be a sufficient replacement for the 6-pack of Glide All-in-One I used to buy at Sam's Club (discontinued) but it's pretty terrible floss. Hard to use, shreds around my permanent retainer, makes that plastic springy sound, and is generally a much lower-quality product. I guess it gets the job done but now I have to get through this yucky cheap floss before I can buy the good stuff again!

The Glide floss pics that are made with Clean Tech Fiber are no good. They shred and break easily, I can barely get the floss between my teeth. I originally used Glide when the surgical reps for Gore Vascular Grafts gave it out as samples, this new product is not even comparable to the old Glide Floss. I am now looking for a new floss as Glide pics are a total waste of money.

I always used and like Glide floss. I thought I was ordering the exact same stuff this time but nope, it's different. The Glide I normally use was the Pro Health Original. The stuff I got this time was the Healthy Gums version (I didn't realize when I ordered it that the store no longer carried the Original and only had this. I just saw the name Glide and assumed it was the same). Both are Glide brand (Oral B) but the Healthy Gums version I received last is a flat tape that shreds in your teeth like crazy! I spend so much time trying to get the bits and pieces back out afterwards that I hate even using it. The Original is round and works really well. The Healthy Gums came in a 2 pack and I just tossed the 2nd pack. No way will I use any more of this junk. I'll make sure to buy only the Original version from now on. Don't waste your money on the Healthy Gums junk version!

I am a retired dental hygienist and I used to recommend Glide floss to all my clients. Not sure how or why you changed it, but I will not buy it again.

I've been using this floss for 15 years and loved this floss it was the only one I could use but now that they changed its not the same it doesn't work nearly as well and breaks on my teeth while the old kind never did if they change back to the way they were I will buy again but as of right now I won't purchase again

The material was changed and it feels very cheap plus it shreds easily. I've been using this product for so long because of the superiority it provided compared to other brands, that's no longer the case. I wish the brand would have clarified the change.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a pack of two and neither could be used. The floss could not be pulled easily out of the dispenser and as I pulled harder the dispenser opened and the spool of floss fell out. Was unable to put the spool back inside to utilize the dispenser. Both packages of floss had the identical issue. I threw both away and will never buy this product again.

DO NOT BUY. See all the recent one-star reviews on any sight-they are TRUE. I have been using Glide almost since it came out--at least 30 years. It was the only floss that I could comfortably use, it was excellent. Now, they changed the product 100% and it is TERRIBLE. It gets stuck between teeth, it gets stuck in the dispenser, it hurts because it is hard and plasticky, it shreds into fibrous strings that get stuck between tight teeth. I am afraid to use it a second time. I am returning floss for the first time in my life, that is how bad it is.
