I enjoy the timer and the app (shows how clean each section of your teeth are). It took me a little bit to get a full understanding of all the settings and use of the app. I don't like that you have to buy different tooth brushes for each person (not just a head) if you want to track your progress or use the app. There is no need to spend $400 per person when previous models allowed you to change heads per user.

We had purchased this same series from another seller (via another retailer, Amazon) and it did not work properly so we had to send it back. This one works very well!

Love this toothbrush, especially the travel case which doubles as a charger. Only complaint is it shuts off mid brushing and resets itself. Otherwise great toothbrush.

does a great job on my teeth, it shows me if I'm brushing with the right pressure. It also keeps track of the time l spend brushing along with making sure l have brushed all my teeth.

I have bought many electric toothbrushes and this has been the best. I love the circular motion of the head and charging case to keep it in as if left in the bathroom it keeps it clean from air born bacteria and keeps charging.

This is my second time ordering something big online from Walmart (first was a $********* electric bike, and this time a $********* ****-B iO Series 10 toothbrush) and I have been satisfied with the speed, updates via email, and quality of the product itself on each separate occasion. The ****-B box had a minor scratch on it and a tiny bit of dust, presumably from the cardboard delivery box it was packaged in, but the contents itself were in tact. Will be purchasing from Walmart again if whatever product I need is available for a great price.

when you pay this much for an item, you expect clear directions for use. what came was below directions i have received on far simpler and far less expensive electronics. i do not know if they expected everyone would use "the app" - but the listing made that optional. my wife asked why did you get an Oral-B? - i replied because you have used one for years. wrong answer!

I never received this item even though it was marked as delivered. The delivery photo was unclear and did not match my house. I contacted Walmart support multiple times and had to wait several days just to start the refund process. Very frustrating experience for such an expensive item.

I've had this toothbrush less than a year and I have noticed a significant issue. It seems this brush design holds a lot of moisture! This causes mold. Idk about you but I do not want to put a moldy toothbrush in my mouth. For a brush that costs over $200 I should not have to worry about mold build up! I take good care of it but it doesn't seem to matter. I'm so grossed out! Yuck! Pictures show inside of brush head and then the vinegar/water soak I did on the handle. You can see the dark floaty spots are mold.

I never received my package. I've been trying to contact Walmart, making several attempts at calling (no answer), and emails ( page error). This is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
