[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first look at this, I'm impressed with its modern appearance. I like the black color of the unit as well as the travel case. We love that this unit is rechargeable so we don't have to buy batteries. The size of it is comfortable to hold. You can change modes with the same hand you're holding onto very easily. The brush seems better than the older Oral-B style model we were using. I love how the vibration of it blasts away plaque and debris. The 5 different modes are easy to change between. They each have a different function that has helped to ensure the most effective brushing experience. I especially love the 30-second reminder to change the brushing area. This has Bluetooth also if you want to get techy; a function we haven't used yet. I feel this toothbrush has given us the best cleaning experience we've ever had.

But this one surprised me. It's soft, lightweight, and gentle on my teeth. I feel like it reaches clean areas on my back teeth that a conventional toothbrush can't. My teeth feel cleaner, and I think they're brighter since I started using it. The battery lasts a long time. I charge it once a week, and it comes with a case for storage. I love it and recommend it.

I’ve found lately that most manual toothbrushes are so large that I can’t thoroughly brush my back molars - yuck! iO5 has a small brush so I’m able to clean all the tiny nooks and crannies of my teeth. It can be a little noisy but I don’t mind - clean and healthy teeth are worth some noise. I also like that the handle has a brush replacement reminder to let me know when to switch out the brush head, as well as the ability to switch between intensity modes. Even better, it comes with a travel case!

I like the sleek travel case and the assorted settings are perfect to fulfill every dental need! Sometimes my teeth can get sensitive so this toothbrush is gentle but makes my mouth feel thoroughly clean too. This is a reasonably priced toothbrush and the battery life is longer than my old one.

Much quieter than my previous Oral-B, which is great. The shape makes it a little mor difficult with my clumsy hands to know what position it is in. The fact that it wants you to exert enough pressure to make the pressure light indicator to turn green, seems like a lot of unnecessary pressure. By the directions, you can't just brush, you must keep adequate pressure on the handle to trigger the green light. In all other aspects it is a great toothbrush.

The app is super helpful for tracking coverage and ensuring you’re hitting all areas evenly. I love that it gives real-time feedback and encourages better brushing habits. That said, to get “full coverage” according to the app, I do have to brush for a full 3 minutes (sometimes more), and the tracking isn’t always perfectly accurate. Occasionally it doesn’t register certain areas, even though I’ve brushed them thoroughly. Still, the clean it gives is amazing, my mouth feels super fresh, and it’s a big step up from a regular toothbrush. Worth it if you like techy features and want to improve your brushing technique!
