Oral-B Threader Dental Floss for Bridges, Braces and Implants, Unflavored, 30 Count

I love this product but it's not what I received. The “newer” version is NOT individually wrapped (there are 5 strands per pack) and the floss is different but it works ok, just not as good as what is pictured.

The item in the picture is not what was received. The item shown is a smooth regular floss. The item delivered is a CUSHIONED floss. It is horrible. The cushioned material grabs and shreds between your teeth. It is like nails on a chalkboard. Cannot say enough terrible things about the change in this product. I did not receive the pictured item. If this is the newer version it is a disaster.

The item pictured on the app and ordered is not what I received. What I received is an inferior and worthless product which I've tried in the past. It gets caught between my teeth and injures my gums. And I cannot figure out how to get a refund. Let me repeat THIS PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS. DO NOT BUY IT! (I've posted a photo of what I received and the product I ordered. As you can see it is not the same.)

This new floss design is terrible. It didn’t make it between one of my braces without shredding in half. When I tried to just use one half to continue flossing, that piece broke too. Completely ineffective product. I never had this issue with the previous design (glide threaded floss).

This is not the Oral-B floss that I was sent a memo on. I had already ordered one before and didn't like it. I need to return the two packages I received. The notice I received was for the individually wrapped thirty count floss in a box .What I received was the thirty count six enevelopes of five threaders in a box.

This product has changed for the worse since I last purchased it. I thought I was ordering the same product I always get because I bought the new product in the store %26 found out about the change. I do not like the new product. I can't imagine why it was changed. It is harder to use %26 the floss is too thick.

This is not what I ordered. The word “Pro” is missing which is a rope like floss which is hard to pull through my teeth as I have braces squeezing them together.

This isn’t the product I received. This is what I ordered but was baited and switched to the “newer” product that is terrible. I would like this product that I actually ordered

What floss that I looked at online was not the same floss that I received. See below the floss that I received is not what was pictured in the order I placed.

I did not receive the one I ordered. I received Oral -B threader floss. I do not use that. I was delivered 2 of the wrong item. The above is what I ordered. The shoppers need to pay more attention to the orders!
