It's elegant (the Black Onyx finish looks stunning in the bathroom), high-tech, and genuinely effective. If you're like me and take your oral hygiene and aesthetics seriously, the i09 is an investment that's worth every penny. Goodbye painful cleanings, hello radiant smile!
I have bought this toothbrush for my adult children. I bought one through my dentist a few years ago and absolutely loved it. This last order through Walmart I sent it to my daughter. It took her a few weeks to open it. She sent me an Omg wow message that she was so amazed at how great the toothbrush worked. She just thanks me all the time now. Momma knows best!

This is the best toothbrush I ever had my teeth are so very clean the toothbrush heads are amazing they really get in between the teeth it's worth every penny for your teeth.
After using this amazing toothbrush, my teeth feel like I just had them professionally cleaned. The app ads an interesting dimension as it tracks each tooth as it's being brushed and shows areas that need extra brushing to be complete. You're also made aware if the brushing is too hard or light so you can adjust the pressure.
i have used this brand of toothbrush for many years. Understandably, finally the battery gave out, so I ordered almost the same model and brand. after using the new toothbrush for just a short numb er of weeks, i can already tell that the battery life after a full charge is much shorter than my old toothbrush.
I really wish I had read more of the negative reviews before I purchased this. I've been using Oral-B toothbrushes my entire adult life with no issues, so when my teen daughter put this on her Christmas list, I didn't hesitate to buy it. Within a month of using it, she started saying it smelled bad and had a gross taste/smell when she brushed despite rinsing it thoroughly and shaking the excess water out. I took it apart today and not only was the inside of the brush head caked with buildup, but the neck where the brush head snaps on was lined with mold. I've never had an Oral-B that had an open neck like this, so I was shocked. And there is absolutely no way to get anything in there to clean the mold out. The pictures I've included are after I folded up a paper towel and went in as far as I could (about a 1/4") with a corner attempting to clean it. At this point I feel like this brush is a throwaway and was a complete waste of money. What a horrible design flaw!
So I bought this few months ago and noticed the wrapping was not right and took pictures of it and recently I mentioned this to someone who bought it from Oral-B website and they confirmed that this was not new so I've been using someone's old toothbrush for months
I bought this ORAL B TOOTHBRUSH SERIES 9 white color on August 8 2025 I' ve had it for less than one month and today in the morning the toothbrush was fully charged and I was in the 1 minute brushing time it turned off by itself and it showed 0 juice in the charge. I put it to charge had to use my regular toothbrush and an hr later it showed 78% charged, I thought it was a glitch or something. I just brush again a few mins ago and the same exact thing happened it turned of by itself with 0% charge and I put it to charge again. I'm really disappointed buying an expensive brush and its quality, it's a piece of crap.
I am extremely disappointed with this toothbrush. Given its high price point, I expected durability and reliability — not failure after just 8 months of normal, careful use. The toothbrush still shows a full charge, yet it intermittently fails to function properly. This is not a misuse issue. I charged it only when necessary (never left on the base), cleaned it thoroughly after every use, dried it completely, and stored it in its travel case, away from humidity. Despite this, it began malfunctioning around the 8 month mark. For a premium electric toothbrush, this level of reliability is simply unacceptable. A product at this price should not suffer internal failure so quickly, especially when properly maintained. Unfortunately, due to its sealed design, repair or battery replacement is not practical, turning an expensive product into electronic waste far too soon. I would not recommend this model and will be reconsidering the brand unless significant improvements are made in long-term durability.
