Oral-B Toothbrush Heads, FlossActionX Electric Toothbrush Replacement Heads with X-Filament, 4 Count

No complaints about the product or the shipping time, very pleased to quickly get what we ordered. However, shipping efficiency was amazingly poor, a real money-waster for Walmart. Our entire order (three of these little 4-packs) could have been sent in one padded mailing envelope . . . with room to spare. Instead, one 4-pack came in a padded envelope and the other two 4-packs came in two separate boxes! What were they drinking in the shipping department?

I like the quality of the replacement heads to my Oral-B Floss Action Toothbrush. This toothbrush keeps my teeth and gums healthy and free of tarter and plaque. The only thing is the replacement heads are very expensive.

I've used these for years and don't plan on switching to another type of toothbrush or replacement head. My mouth always feels clean after I brush my teeth, my gums stay healthy, and bad breath is never a problem.

I purchased replacement brushes and found Walmart had the better price for a set of 4 brushes. The quality is the same as the one that came with the toothbrush and the value is good.

The brush provides the results for which it was purchased - it attaches to my toothbrush and cleans my teeth effectively. It seems overpriced because it is required to use the electric toothbrush manufactured by oral-B and there is no known proven quality substitute. I suspect the purchase price far exceeds the cost of manufacturing the product but what is the alternative?

This replaceable head is advertised as "flossing" toothbrush but in between the bristles are plastic flaps that beat your teeth when the head rotates. It hurts my teeth and I desperately wish I hadn't purchased more than one.

The item I received is not what I ordered! Therefore I can't rate it. I should return the item but they are OralB replacement heads and it states it will fit the OralB toothbrush. Well I guess I will find out. My suggestion; whoever packed this item should be advised to pack the item ordered by the customer!!!!

These are NOT authentic Oral-B refills. The floss plastic pieces fell off while I was brushing my teeth, very dangerous, choking hazard. When I compared them to the real product, obvious differences.

I wouldn't recommend this item from this seller as I only received half of my order. I ordered 2 packages of 4 heads in each package. I received 2 packages of 2 heads in each package. I have notified Wal-Mart and the seller and haven't received feedback for a refund or shipment of the rest of the order. I spent too much money to get half my order and no response. I will never order from Wal-Mart online again after this blunder. I've taken out too much of my time and energy to fix this issue already. Just warning everyone that your products may not be coming from the store, they are coming from private sellers through the store.

Yellow plastic parts came out at the first brush. Do not have kids use this product.
