Orbit Pro Flo Mechanical Timer

Had several of the same style in the past all plastic, They only last a year. This one is made of metal and it looks very well built. I think this one stands a chance of lasting musch longer.

great timer , solid construction a must have

i love that i can start the water and leave. so i start it when i leave for work and know i don't have to go home to shut it off.

I really like the aluminum body, ease of setting the timer, and the overall ruggedness of the design. The one I bought 3 years ago still runs great.

A good Manual timer for watering your lawn.

Very durable and works perfectly. My plastic one were all very breakable in one year. This metal body will last much longer.

Good design poorly implemented. The thin metal skin (should be cast and/or milled) hides a weak plastic body (it's not really a metal device). The timer mechanism has been reliable. By being careful- especially with the outlet hose attachment neck which has a tendency to break- it works fine.

item has one great flaw, when bumped by the lawnmower it snaps into two pieces and is no longer usable.

I have purchased this item before earlier in the season and at a much lower price and they worked well. Bought this one couple weeks ago, put on my hose bib and a lot of water sprayed out immediately. I checked the washers, made sure it was tight no change.
