I had a drawer full of dull knives. I decided to try this one. It Is GREAT! I forgot how a good knife makes all the difference in preparing foods. Now it's a pleasure. It is a nice weight, easy to clean and grip. The handle is real wood, so you have to clean it by hand. I then dry it and put it back in the really nice case it came in.

Very nice, looks expensive, very sharp! I'm keeping it in the box it came in, partly to protect my fingers from getting nicked. This doesn't go into a crowded junk drawer.

Perfect for doing everything it says it will do. My 9 and 3/4 fingers are a testimony to that.

The knife is a pretty good product, the blade is very sharp and it's weighted pretty good. My only complaint is the handle is VERY round so when you lay it down for a second to change food items or whatever it has a tendency to wobble around a lot. Its a great value and I would for sure buy it again.

I have used this knife now for a few weeks and it is a joy to cook again!! I have arthritis in my hands and wrist so chopping and slicing things was so hard before with my previous knife, the Orblue Chef Knife makes me able to prepare my own food without assistance now. I like being independant and this knife is so sharp, well made and it makes cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing anything from vegies, fruits and meats so easy for me. I would definatly recommend this well balanced knife to anyone who wants to save time in the kithchen. It is also very attractive with the real wood handle and I would recommend to hand wash after each use, but be careful because this knife is sharp!

Best product in this price range. Smoothly cutting vegetables and I love it.
