Gotta love organic and that it's from the USA!

We like the texture of this almond flour better than other brands. It makes a good flour substitute for recipes that we do not want to use wheat in. In fact, we have a cornbread recipe that uses this almond flour with cornmeal and coconut milk. It is moist and delicious, more delicious than any wheat cornbread recipe.

If you use almond flour as much as I do you must purchase Food For Life! I buy it in bulk and it freezes perfectly. There aren't many organic brands available and you won't beat the quality of this one!

It's been great as I've recently started a keto diet. Having been able to experiment with grain free making has made the diet easier. Nor as good as real bread but I've lost 7 lbs. in one week.

The almond flour is good, but the packaging is bad! When you unzip the top, the flour goes all over the place. They need to have much better packaging.
