I recently used Madhava coconut sugar to bake some cookies for my pastor, and I am very happy with how they turned out.This sugar has a nice flavor that tastes a bit like caramel or brown sugar. It made the cookies taste rich and special. One of the best things is that you can use the exact same amount as regular sugar, so it is very easy to use in any recipe.The sugar itself is smooth and doesn't get clumpy in the bag. I also like that it is unrefined and organic, which makes it feel like a slightly better choice for baking treats. The cookies were soft and had a great texture. Everyone at the church really liked them!If you want a natural sweetener that still makes your desserts taste amazing, I highly recommend this brand.

This is the best coconut sugar out there. Don't waste your time or money on any other brand. Truly, this one is all you need. I use it for everything from baking to sweetening my cold brew, to sprinkling it on my oatmeal.

Love the size, haven't seen it at any other store this size. Great when dealing with diabetes and need to watch glycemic index. Love this style of sugar.

Love this Coconut Sugar! I've been purchasing this product for years. I use this as a replacement for white sugar in my coffee. It actually enhances the richness of the coffee, adding the perfect sweetness without any coconut flavor! It's a healthy choice being low glycemic and has soluable fiber....which is a bonus! I've tried other brands, but overall quality and quantity for the price is unbeatable.

Always great quality and a great price! I use it daily in my coffee. It dissolves well and tastes great! Lower on the glycemic index than other sugar.

It's the best coconut sugar on the market. I use it for whole wheat, chocolate chip cookies and as a sugar replacement for coffee or whatever I need sugar for I also sometimes use Stevia, but Stevia doesn't really have the flavor of the coconut

I absolutely love this sugar! It helps me avoid using cane sugar. This is the cheapest organic coconut sugar on the market. I use it in my bread, cookies, brownies, and lots of other sweet treats! :)

this stuff is great! just as sweet as white sugar but better for you. does have a hint of coconut to the angel and taste but I love that! it doesn't come with a scoop and it's pretty big bag so I just put a plastic spoon inside to scoop out my teaspoons for coffee and tea. IT DID SAY EBT FRIENDLY BUT IT WAS NOT! That was 15 dollars I got over charged for THEIR MISTAKE

This is a good product, much better than tables sugar however it is inconsistent from packaged to package, probably because of it nature. however, it seems sometimes on occasion there is coconut husk in the product and it will float to the top of your coffee. It is relatively harmless but can be a little bit annoying. Over all though it is a good product.

This is the first time I've used coconut sugar, so I may be way off-base here, but this has a gritty, sawdust flavor. My guess would be that they used too much of the shell, fibers or pulp with the sugar in the vat leaving it with a dark walnut wood color. The sweetness is great and the slight grit isn't as noticeable with my spiced chai mixes. I would recommend jaggery or turbinado sugars if you're looking for that light caramel flavor. Tupelo honey has a seriously amazing flavor for teas if you are aiming for sweetness with a bit of a velvety smooth floral backdrop!
