I bought this oatmeal because I wanted organic non-gmo. This is perfect for my wants, morning breakfast %26 cookie baking! The texture is good and the taste is great. If you want organic non-gmo this is the best oatmeal avaliable for a great price 😋

This is my gold standard for any meal! My family eats gluten-free, diabetic diets and low fat. One day I didn't have enough flour so I ground it up for gluten-free flour. It worked wonderfully and now I also use it as a thickener (either ground or otherwise) in soups, gravies, entrees…and talk about the perfect topping for apple crisp. Any leftovers from breakfast get saved. I use every spoonful. It does cost a little more than other lesser brands yet you can use it in so many things. Bob's Red Mill will always be in my cabinet.

These are the only gluten free oats that I trust. I wanted to make oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip cookies and with these oats, they were perfect.

I absolutely love this oatmeal! Due to some recent health problems, I've bought a lot of Bob's Red Mill products. I am never disappointed. I now have 3 different types of oatmeal (steel cut, rolled, and this quick cook) depending on how in a hurry I am lol These quick cooking rolled oats are so delicious and creamy! Absolutely love this oatmeal!! I think steel cut oats are my favorite, but this kind is good in a different way! High quality product. And I'm gluten sensitive-these are so wonderful and have the gluten free guarantee!

I like the taste but the texture was a bit mushy/pasty on the quick cook oats. That may be due to the easy cooking nature, the regular cooking rolled oats may have a better texture. For me, the easy cook is a must so these aren't for me but I still say they taste nice and seem to be good quality. If you have more time, I'd try the regular oats.

Bought these gluten free oats to make cookies that a family member, who has celiac disease, could enjoy. Could not taste any difference; oats were as good if not better than what I normally purchase.

I love the Quaker Oats Gluten Free Oatmeal at half the price., and did not appreciate it being substituted. I'd rather wait for Quaker Oats to be in stock than spend twice the amoun on a product I don't know about.
