Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli, 18 oz Shelf-Stable Bag

I know you can eat this hot or cold muesli. I love to eat mine cold. The best way to make this is you place 1 serving in a bowl and pour milk or whatever you would like in place of milk. Make sure that you put more milk in it than muesli say at the very least 1/4” to 1/2”or more. This has whole rolled grains in it that will absorb the milk. You need to do this the night before and place a lid over it if you wish and place it in the fridge. In the morning your muesli is ready. If you would like it warm all you need to do is heat it about a minute maybe more depending on your microwave or if you like put it in a pan and warm it on the stove. This is a nutritious breakfast and it tastes amazing.

We have oats every other day and this gives a variation to the regular oats. It could have a little more dried fruit, but we add additional frozen fruit and that helps.

this is so wonderful! the grains are fresh, the fruit is just right. I don't like raisins anywhere. except this muesli. I love a couple scoops of it in a big blob of Greek yogurt for dessert.

Our favorite breakfast choice with greek jogurt. A great combination of grains and seeds. Works great with sone grated apples.

I ♥️ this muesli! I eat it as is/no cooking with a generous amount of milk, about 1:4 muesli to milk. It's not very sweet but one could add small pieces of dried or fresh fruit to it. It has good protein and fiber. I think it's important to eat some raw fooods every day.

most enjoyable when cooked

I'm a 72-year old stroke victim geezer, and after years of trying various treatments for constipation and eating way too much sweetened cereals, I started a regimen of eating Muesli every day, and I'm a much more regular guy now. I add strawberries and blueberries and a dash of cinnamon. Very satisfying breakfast that powers me through the day.

This is a good Muesli. It is expensive. I actually prefer the Seven Sundays. But that is personal taste.

The expiration date of this item is 5-30-25. That's barely a month from receipt of 3 bags. All three bags show that they were packed on 2-23-23. Yuck!! This should have been a highly discounted item at Big Lots, but instead I paid full price and wasted my time as well. Not pleased.

Why would anyone pay money for this inedible glop when you can just mix oatmeal with birdseed and get the same thing.
