I really like this flour and so does my sourdough starter! I had been feeding it plain, unbleached AP flour, but after switching to this organic AP flour, it really responded well. Not only is it rising more consistently, but it also smells amazing! After just a couple of feeds, it really stablized and started smelling like beer and bread. I will be buying more of this flour and highly recommend it.

I'm not like a super crunchy "oh the glyphosate, oh the chemicals, oh the GMO's" type but I do like to limit what I can. Arrowhead Mills Organic Flour is the most cost friendly options out there for flour that is truly organic. The taste is great, and I use it almost daily for breads, deserts, fried chicken you name it. Highly recommend.

I have used this product many times and find the quality excellent. I am happy that Walmart carries this unbromated, unbleached, unadulterated, organic flour! It is a wonderful alternative when I don't have time to grind my own wheat.

I will only buy organic flour from now on .. your house brand and many of the big names were all given a bad rating. on u tube . many chemicals in some over processing takes the nutrition out of the wheat. no wonder so many get cancers today.

I sort of hate telling the truth about this flour. It is out of stock already too often. For making bread, i have found no better flour. the fact that it is organic is an added bonus, well worth a little extra cost.

This flour has worked well for all my baking needs...cakes, pizza, breads. It's hard to find a flour that meets all the best requirements ...unbleached, organic, NOT Enriched...just orgsnic flour.

I ordered 4 Arrowhead organic, they sent me 3 arrowhead flour and one King Arther NOT organic. The lady at customer service refunded me for the wrong item. Thank You

I'm not convinced this is organic. I use to buy this flour all the time when they carried it in store; I waited months before I decided to purchase online but it finally came to that. I specifically use organic because it does not give me heart burn or make me break out in eczema but what I ordered did and previously, the in store bags, did not.
