Flavor is wonderful. However, the product always appears to have melted in the container and resolidified in the container before or in supply chain process. Product is great - it's the method of getting it to the consumer in peak condition that's the issue.

Ghee is the best thing to cook with because it has a higher smoke point than even coconut oil does. I read somewhere that ghee is the most pure form of fat on the entire planet! I also like that it doesn't have any casein or lactose. I use it instead of butter on my potatoes and on all of my vegetables because we just don't eat near enough good healthy fat in this day and age. To me it tastes the same as butter and I like it a lot. The fact that it's organic is just a plus!

i liked the packaging the lid allows a cooking utensil to access the product easily not with the other ghee products i have used easy to use great taste

I love ghee. This is my first time tasting it and it's creamy, flavorful, and delicious. Great in sourdough toast, popcorn, and for cooking anything!!

Carrington Ghee is the best I've used. Other clarified butter brands are good but Carrington excels. The brand, also, offers more product for the money. If you need to avoid dairy or personally choose not the consume dairy, I recommend you try Carrington Dairy Free Ghee. It tastes good on food. However, ghee isn't as tasty by itself (personal opinion.)

My review is coming from my allergy to lactose… I had been told lactose sensitive people can use ghee without adverse effects…however this wasn't true in my case.

I bought this product because I put ghee and coconut oil in my coffee every morning and thought that having it premixed would be a timesaver but it took me longer to try to mix this in my coffee than it does to mix the two ingredients separately and doesn't taste nearly as smooth. Rather than being soft-solid like ghee this was liquid and the ghee was separated from the coconut oil. No amount of stirring, frothing or shaking would mix it well. It would not mix well in my coffee. I will definitely go back to buying ghee and. Coconut oil separately.

The Ghee tastes more savory than nutty. We used it for baking croissants and breads. It is softer and than processed butter, and has an animal after taste. It almost tastes like the beef. We are vegetarian, so the savory flavor was too much, and overpowered the sweetness of our baked goods.

number one the ingredients was in a plastic container.... and was completely liquid due to the heat... myself I would have put it in a separate package smaller and stacked so there's no leakage... just sayin🤐🤔

The container shows 355 gr, sealed with container weight is 322 gr. So its around 3 oz of less product.
