Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts 16 oz, Shelled Hemp Seeds, Protein, Omega 3&6

This is a great item that can boost the amount of protein and omega fats consumed daily without going overboard on calories. VERY easy and simple to add to salads, yogurt, fruit and steamed veggies. They have a very mild nutty taste - not overpowering. Can add to baked items as well (including bread).

Not only do I ingest this super food, but my two canaries also benefit from the nutritional value as well. I have noticed that their feathers are full and shiny, and their overall health an improvement. I mix mine with nearly everything cold or cooked (yogurt, homemade pancakes, etc.), and for my feather babies, they get theirs mixed into their variety seed.

The reason I think this is a really great product is because it's long-lasting and packed with protein. I sprinkle it on my oatmeal every morning, and it adds a nice crunch. Plus, I feel good about eating something high in omega 3 and 6. Definitely a healthy choice I recommend.

I use hemp hearts in a lot of dishes...it's good in omelettes, with pasta and rice dishes, in quinoa and more. It's not really a snack food, but you can put it in yogurt.

Love these. Love the texture. Use in my shakes. And I can really tell the difference in my clarity of mind since starting these. It's a staple in my house.

Delicious and nutricious...we love adding these hemp seeds to all sorts of foods for added yumminess! From our morning shakes to salads to tuna and so much more. We'll definitely be keeping them around the house!

This was my first time trying this. I'm trying to eat healthier so I saw these and decided to try them. They taste great! it has an earthy nutty kind of taste. I put 2 tbsp in my gel yogurt with granola, pepitas and angle seeds and a little mâle syrup for a natural sweetener. I have to tell you this was one of the best I've ever had. It is so much more satisfying and keeps you full for hours. I think this will be my new thing. I also sprinkled some in my salad and I think it was a great mix! It really did fill you up so I believe it will help with my weightloss journey as it is natural healthy and not very caloric dense. I loved it. The size was perfect for me to try it. it's a great value and quality you can taste.

the product itself was shipped well. the actual product tasted great. however!! I don't know how many other people are on SSI but to have to pay this amount and have the bag after using it three times not seal anymore is unacceptable. I called customer service and they were like oh well sorry have a nice day. I ordered these because they were in a seal proof bag and didn't want to have to put them in a container which I've had to since the seal broke once you open it the seal will stick to the other side and pull off the one side making it unsealable. that's why this only gets a 4. you have to keep it in the refrigerator so I like it to be airtight and this defeats the whole purpose if I have to put it in a container. I plan to buy a quantity however I will look elsewhere to see if I can find some other place that has a better seal or at least we'll replace what I had

I am just started to add these type of nutrients to my food so I haven't noticed changes from using them, yet. I can say they taste good in some things and not so much others. I put them in my yogurt flips and I can hardly tell they are there, they kind of have a nutty taste. I haven't tried a salad yet but I doubt you would notice them on that either. The only thing for me is that I feel like they get stuck in my teeth.
