Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 25.36 fl oz Brick

I like that it's convenient to use for my coffee, and when it's shaken and easily mixed, it tastes great and has a good consistency. What I don't like is that occassionally, there are hard pieces that won't mix well, could also call them clumps. I can't shake them into the mixture. Then the next container will be perfect. So, it's hit and miss.

I usually get the can so that I can shake it, open it and stir if needed. However, I shook the heck out of this to get it to pour out. It works, just a lot of work, but yeah, the consistency is fine once you shake your brains out! LOL I tried it in my coffee and don't care for that at all, so I will stick to half-and-half or milk for that. But, It's GREAT for my smoothies, certain desserts and even a couple ounces with a handful of nuts as a snack.

I don't ever drink cows milk as I don't have the ability to digest it. I've been buying quality coconut milk for many decades primarily from Asian grocery stores. It doesn't have any additives such as Guar gum. This Thai kitchen coconut milk will keep in the refrigerator in this tall non-metal container for more than 2 days and will stay fresh for about 5 days or so. Canned coconut milk can only be used the day you open it and the following day only. It is delicious and comforting. Cook with it, add it to recipes, add it to your tea or coffee.

This is a really great tasting coconut milk and I love the fact that it just has coconut milk and water and no guar gum! I have bought it multiple times and I make yogurt as well with it!

I really like this coconut milk! The fact that it's only coconut and water makes me feel good about using it, and it tastes super fresh. I've used it in smoothies, baking, and by itself, and it always turns out creamy without being too heavy. I also love that it's unsweetened so I can adjust the sweetness myself. Definitely a staple I'll keep in my pantry

This coconut milk is good, I use it for my protein shakes in the morning and it doesn't have strong coconut flavor which I like. I am not a huge fan of coconut but I would repurchase this product. It can also be used in a variety of other dishes or beverages.

The problem I have with this product is that it turns from coconut milk into coconut cream as son as you open it. It's hard to get all the product out of the carton especially when it gets down to the last 50% of the product in the carton. This results in me not being able to get 25% of the product out of the carton.

I ordered 4 and one came damaged. I was able to get a refund, but it's disappointing. Now I have to order more. The low stars is because one was damaged

No matter how much I shook it it came out in thick chunks. it smelled fine and had a good expiration date so I tried to use it using a blender but it curdled the mixture and still didn't mix in. I've been told before that that means the product has been frozen at some point in time. I figured it's still being summer that wouldn't be a problem but it is not usable.

This product is very disappointing. I shook it up before opening and it only allowed a trickle of liquid to come out. I opened up the packet with scissors to see what was inside and the solid piece felt like mushy clay. Very gross
