I am so grateful my local store has this. Hemp hearts are a staple for me to get iron and other nutrients in my diet. Good value for the price and the shape of the container is easy to store.

I add Hemp Seeds to many different dishes. I just stir them in and enjoy. They have many health benefits.

First time trying hemp seeds
And I was so happy to find out they are delicious!!! I will be adding these seeds to smoothies every day! (As long as the price doesn't skyrocket! Cheaper than current price would be even better)

I use this as an additive to my overnight oats or in yogurt for extra protein and iron. Contains a lot of Omega-6 fatty acid for heart heath. I like this container as it seals well to keep out moisture better than the smaller bags. This large size will last a long time.
