I read how wonderful hemp seeds are good for the body you can put in smoothies and even sprinkle it on your salads and for that size container very good price.

Good value
I am so grateful my local store has this. Hemp hearts are a staple for me to get iron and other nutrients in my diet. Good value for the price and the shape of the container is easy to store.

I add Hemp Seeds to many different dishes. I just stir them in and enjoy. They have many health benefits.

And I was so happy to find out they are delicious!!! I will be adding these seeds to smoothies every day! (As long as the price doesn't skyrocket! Cheaper than current price would be even better)
